The food is fully themed as well. What we had was good—typical theme park food—but the presentation and theming make it that much better. It just adds to the whole experience. I could seriously sit and eat in there all day just soaking it all in.
And the desserts? So good. Definitely a standout. I will absolutely be back.
The food is actually better than typical theme park food. The presentation is adorable (almost too cute to eat), and everything feels themed and thoughtful. It’s a great spot to sit down, cool off, and take a break from the crowds in Super Nintendo World.
It does get busy, so expect a wait during peak hours. I’d recommend going earlier in the day if you can.
Overall, it’s not just a quick meal — it’s part of the whole experience. Definitely worth trying at least once
The highlight of our meal was Bowser’s Fireball Challenge. It’s a spicy meatball dish, and since we love spicy food, it was perfect for us—packed with flavor and heat.
For dessert, we tried a few items. The ? Block Tiramisu was delicious, and my wife especially loved the Mt. Beanpole Cake, topped with a light and tasty matcha mousse. Both were big hits.
However, the Princess Peach Cake was the downside of our visit. The portion was huge, and the cake itself was overly creamy. We had seen reviews mentioning this issue beforehand, but wanted to try it anyway. Unfortunately, it definitely needs improvement. We also asked for a box since we couldn’t finish it, but they didn’t have any available.
Overall, we enjoyed our visit and the majority of the food, but next time we’ll skip the Princess Peach Cake. The rest of the menu made the experience worthwhile, and we’re looking forward to coming back!
The restaurant is incredibly well done and truly feels like stepping into the Mario universe.
We ordered the Mario Burger, Yoshi’s Fettuccine Alfredo, and the Tiramisu for dessert.
The Mario Burger was decent but a bit plain—nothing particularly memorable. However, the fries were surprisingly tasty thanks to a subtle truffle flavor that elevated them.
The Yoshi’s Fettuccine Alfredo was the standout dish: delicious, creamy, and very generously portioned. It included broccoli and mushrooms, plus a super cute salty Yoshi egg–shaped cracker that added to the fun presentation.
For dessert, the Tiramisu was excellent. It’s square-shaped and decorated with “?” cookies on each side, perfectly mimicking the iconic question block from the video games. It tasted as good as it looked.
We went on a weekday around 11:30 a.m. and were seated right away, but I would still recommend making a reservation since it can get busy. Overall, a very enjoyable and immersive experience.
This place was a total surprise. Beyond the fun and immersive concept, the food actually delivers. The mushroom soup served inside the mushroom is not just cute for photos—it’s creamy, flavorful, and well executed, with real mushroom taste and served at the right temperature. A playful detail that truly enhances the experience.
The burgers are well put together, juicy, and served with crispy fries. Nothing feels rushed or “theme-park average.” You can tell there’s intention behind the food, not just the concept.
The quality-to-price ratio is excellent, especially considering this is inside Epic Universal. You leave feeling satisfied, entertained, and confident that what you paid was worth it.
Overall: fun, well executed, and honest food. Definitely a place worth sitting down and enjoying—not just visiting for the theme.
Our party ordered the mushroom pizza bowl, Yoshi Alfredo, garlic knots, tiramisu and the layered cake (I forget the name but I’m posting a picture).
Flavor was pretty good for theme park food. The Alfredo was my favorite. The portions were generous for the cost.
The lemon smash drink (again, not sure of the name but see the picture) was our very favorite! Refreshing but not too sweet. We saw the Princess Peach cake (did not order) and it was very big! Probably best to share with at least 4 people.
Overall, a good option for lunch when you’re at epic. Lots of seating and nice place to cool down. The decor/theming of the restaurant was fantastic!! 10/10
The Mario burger was great! The patty was juicy and the fries that came with it were fresh, crispy. The soup was decent while the garlic mushrooms were a bit on the dry side. The marinara sauce is certainly needed to help it go down. The tiramisu was delightful. Overall a very good experience.
Vibe is weird, anyone can walk in and sit anywhere, space between tables is tighter than the one in California, no reservations required, everyone is at their tables waiting for or eating their food, nobody seems to care about the video playing in the “windows” looking at Toad and friends. It just doesn’t feel special. We went to the same place at Universal Studios Hollywood and the vibe was much better, maybe the reservations and getting seated by the host allowed for a better experience. Not sure if the process has changed to match the one at Orlando (hopefully not).
