We stopped in today on our way to Cape Cod.The staff were very friendly. The restaurant was very clean and festive with little fall arrangements on the tables. Both of us ordered steak #9 and enjoyed it. She grilled it fresh. Great lunch spot!

Stopped by tonight for a quick dinner and was very pleased. The 2 young men and lady were very personable and made me feel very welcome. I’ve been to plenty sub shops that are quiet and miserable, but here the staff had fun banter with each other and customers. My sandwich was excellent and came out quick, busy as they were. Ill certainly add this to my list of go to spots.

A super clean sandwich restaurant in Milford, with very friendly staff, and a cool & relaxed atmosphere. I’ve had the BLT (to go) and Vermonter (inside) sandwiches, which were prepared in front of me in the open kitchen with fresh ingredients. Both were tasty. Service was fast. I also liked the clam chowder and there is a great selection of cakes and sweets from Montilio’s bakery.

Went for lunch yesterday. Right when you walk in, the place was obviously very clean. The lady at the front said she was the manager, and helped me through the menu. I had never been here before, and she was very patient with me. I ended up getting The Steak Number 9 on her recommendation, and was not disappointed! I will definitely be back for more. They have a bakery too which looked good, maybe something I’d try in the future.

Great place and then I have loved their number 9 steak and cheese subs and have to put mustard on it been gobbling them down since the 80s and the staff were very helpful and nice as I ordered the great divide with is like a 30 inch long sub good enough for 2 or 3 people with some left overs for a late evening snack

I’m fairly new to the area and decided to try this place out and am so glad I did. The sub was delicious and felt so welcomed by the staff, especially Steve. He guided me through the menu, popular items and his personal favorites with an authentic smile and great attitude. Since then he knows my order and seems to treat every customer i’ve seen like a friend he’s known for years. Customer service like this is rare these days. Some things are a bit pricey but in todays economy its to be expected, however I always feel like i get the appropriate value for my dollar.

My pregnant sister and dad went to eat there today, and my sister asked if she can have lettice, tomatoes, and onions on the side instead of in the sandwich. They said yea and put in the plastic container with a rude attitude and told the other to make sure she charges us. My sister then said why would you charge us if i want it on the side and she said because its in the plastic container so my sis said alright just put it in the paper and she would eat from there. The lady said it was fine but kept giving attitude. Thats not why im writing this review though its after they payed the lady kept harassing them while they were eating saying she wants to call the police on them. At this point they were at the booth literally trying to eat while the employee is harrassing them and threatening them. The only reason my sister thinks she kept yelling at them was because my dads is arab and has darker skin and a heavy accent. My dad yelled “Leave us alone we are trying to eat!” And thats when sis took her phone out to record incase things escalated. Luckily it didnt, the lady calmed down after yelling at them i think the owner stepped in front thank God she was wearing a white shirt.
The manager seemed entitled like it was her store, maybe shes realted to the owner? Anyways, they should hire staff that know how to be nice to customers and can treat them with respect especially when there trying to eat. I do not recommend this place unless you like to be harrassed while your eating.
