So we ordered pizza delivery was supposed be at 850 to 903 we received it by 925pm. I called spoke to someone he said the system was down and they are short with only two drivers! Here is my video my cold pizza and wings are horrible was supposed to be well done and buffalo hot. I literally had to microwave everything because it was cold. If I wanted cold pizza I could have gone to store to get one! This was absolutely wrong! If you’re short handed let people know, hold scheduling deliveries, or shut down early…

Ordered the garlic and five cheese crust upgrade and I think someone forgot to add that. There’s zero garlic and five cheese on that crust. It’s dryer than the box it came in. Tried to call and talk to someone about it but sat through the robo answerer for over ten minutes.

Service was fairly quick. The app though showed the pizza was done when it took another couple of mins. Im still giving a 5 for service as there were 3 ppl flipping dough making pizzas. This place was rocking knocking through pizzas. I gave a 4 due to no tables or chairs to sit at if you do have to wait. All in all. A great place. Pizza was absolutely amazing!! So good. I had it half finished before I even got home.

My pizza arrived an hour late I waited on the phone for 25 minutes to be told that I could not cancel it but I could get a refund after it was delivered The pizza was cold and I mean cold the cinnamon will nots were burnt there’s hardly any icing on it. And the extra icing that I ordered barely covered the bottom of the cup. I contacted corporate their solution was to send me a free order of cheesy bread. This location has bad service bad management bad responses the corporate feels that nothing really needs to be done. I am still awaiting my refund they say it will take 5 to 7 business days so I guess that’s pretty much what I should expect from a place that delivers cold pizza. My advice there are a lot of great pizza places in Chillicothe avoid this one

So the deal for the 2 large 2 topping deal for $24 dollars is a good deal the catch they don’t tell you is that you have to order regular crust all the other stuff is an extra charge! Think papa John’s needs to update their app/website to show that since everything else has the mark to show it’s an extra charge! The guy was understanding but the third lady we talk to was very rude when we tried to explain to her that it doesn’t show extra charge! Hate when places like this tries to jib ya extra cash and say that it’s extra charge when does not show it only! Either than that the place is normally has really nice and caring people unlike their customer care services!
