We really wanted to like this place, but unfortunately our experience was disappointing. The lobster roll was made with leftovers from lobster claws/paws — no tail meat at all — and one roll wasn’t nearly enough to feel like a meal. We came in hungry and left hungry.
I also ordered a latte and wasn’t asked about sugar, but it came sweetened, which made it undrinkable — six dollars wasted. The menu itself felt very limited, and the overall cleanliness was lacking. There were flies buzzing around while we tried to eat, and the table by the window with barstools was covered in crumbs, dust, and sticky residue. It looked like it hadn’t been wiped in a long time, so we ended up cleaning it ourselves.
Sadly, between the food quality, poor menu, and cleanliness issues, we can’t recommend this cafe.

This was the “matcha latte” we ordered. It had next to no matcha taste, and the milk was steamed for an iced drink so it was lukewarm when served. The other latte we got just tasted like flavored milk with sugar free sweetener when I asked for regular. Unfortunately all 3 drinks were un-drinkable; so a latte that cost $9 was thrown away.

$20 for this sad looking toast the size of my palm and a very watery coffee is disappointing to say the least. Staff was nice at least.
Extra clarification: palm sized avocado toast was $11. The watery cold brew was $8 – $9. $20+ total with tip.

Do not get the lobster here, it is just not the same and is not what the true “Maine” experience will be. The lobster is more chopped up and there are bits of shell still in there. The staff and vibe are super nice on the other hand so maybe I would try something else next time and sit down for a coffee. I got the lobster roll and the lobster salad in a croissant bread. Yeah the croissant bread is not a croissant at all. You can see from the pics…

This cute coffee shop has the best chai in Bar Harbor. We needed a hot drink after 5 hours whale watching (no whales btw):, so we were looking for something to lift our moods. This charming cafe was exactly what we were looking for. They are open late which was nice to see, and their drinks were really good!

Grabbed lunch here – really enjoyed their lobster roll. Tossted bun was perfect for the lobster roll. Chicken wrap sandwich was also good. Recommend this place for a good lunch soot.

Place feels nice, servers were friendly but disinterested, which is understandable, but also if noticed should be noted. Main problem to – make sandwiches you need decent bread, here – focaccia and bagel were dry and tasteless. And the Coffee both plain and latte bad.

Our favorite cafe in Bar Harbor. The latte choices are unique and rich. Special shout out to the lavender one. They have many options for your caffeine needs as well as sandwiches. The place was never crowded in the morning and there are lots of cachkies, local canned beer, sauces, syrups+ to look at while we waited for our stuff. I was impressed with the vegan options and how quiet it was for such a prime location on the strip.

The coffee was excellent and the food came out quick and tasted excellent. additionally the service was fantastic and the servers very knowledgeable and friendly.
