has a really cool vibe. The atmosphere is relaxed, the bartenders are friendly, and it’s a great spot to hang out and talk.
Just a heads-up: if you go on a busy night like Friday or Saturday, you might wait more than 15 minutes to place your order. That’s pretty much the weekend vibe here… Lots of people, lots of movement, and a packed bar.
Still, it’s a genuinely nice place. I personally prefer going on weekdays because everything flows faster, but it’s totally understandable why weekends get so crowded. It’s a well-loved spot with good energy.
Definitely worth checking out.

To wrap up my “Negroni Week” (which, let’s be honest, turned into more of a Negroni month ), we headed to The Guesthouse. The vibe was effortlessly cool, and the staff made us feel right at home, welcoming, knowledgeable, and clearly passionate about their craft.
I went straight for the Strawberry Sbagliato: Chambéryzette, Campari, a pinch of salt, and sparkling wine. It was refreshing, bubbly, and delicious. Not exactly a Negroni, but the Campari still shone through, giving it that bittersweet edge I crave. Definitely a perfect celebratory sip.
Somewhere in the visit, we ordered another drink, but let’s just say Negroni Week had caught up with me, and the details got a little fuzzy. What I do remember is chatting with one of the bartenders about Enrico Toro Centerba 72, a unique Italian liqueur they use in cocktails. That kind of insider conversation is what makes places like this so memorable.

The Guesthouse on Mills is such a solid addition to the Mills 50 area. The space has a relaxed, welcoming vibe, the drinks are well-crafted, and the staff is friendly without being overbearing. It’s the kind of place you can settle into for a casual night out and actually enjoy the atmosphere instead of fighting the crowd. Definitely a spot worth checking out if you’re in Orlando.

I went to this establishment on a Thursday night with a friend. We each ordered a drink. The bartender was a bigger guy with a beard. I decided to go ahead and start a tab. I got an old fashion, which was very mid to say the least. We then had our second Drinks made by another bartender, They were much better. We gave this bartender a $10 cash tip, which was about 25% percent of our bill. After we finished our second Drinks I asked to pay my tab. I then left an additional 20% tip on my card. Here’s where things get really messed up. I see I was charged A $20 additional tip! So that makes it a total of a $30 tip on a $45 check. I’m a very generous tipper when I go out, but not that much! To top it off I was also charged a second time! So at this point four cocktails (2 of which were not good) Have cost me over $100! When I tried to call this establishment, nobody answers their phone and their messages are full! If it wasn’t for the second bartender, who made our second round, I would really say a lot more. Be careful giving this place your credit card information. I have to make a dispute now and wait to get my money returned to me. I will not be going here again!

The most abysmal staff of any business in the Mills 50 area.
Ain’t worth the money or the time coming here.
Staff have the hyper inflated egos I’ve ever seen, even on not so busy nights.
Tried to give this place a chance only for each time to feel like I’m at the DMV.

What a cool atmosphere. We went on a Tuesday evening with a small group & sat at the bar. Love the vibe, very romantic dim lighting. Drinks were fun & cute. Which we chose for the experience and pictures.
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about the drinks they had to offer.
Location was clean
Parking was tough if you wanted to park easy.

Sydney has been a pleasure! She made my drink very well! Guesthouse is a chill inviting spot. They may not have a kitchen. Don’t hesitate to stop next door to grab some delicious tacos! Yes you’re allowed to bring them over! Some drinks & tacos never go wrong!

On August 29th, I visited this establishment to celebrate a friend’s birthday and opened a $50 tab. After the transaction was processed on my card, I requested to pay in cash instead and asked the bartender (short brown hair with glasses) if the card charge could be refunded. She confirmed that the refund would be issued and accepted the cash payment, including her tip. My card was still charged. I returned the following day, driving 40 minutes, to resolve the issue because the voicemail box was full and could not accept messages. The bartender informed me that only a manager could process refunds. I provided my contact information and was told I would receive a call on Tuesday. No one contacted me. The following week, I returned in person again and repeated the process. This time, I was assured my situation would be escalated to the owner and I would receive a follow-up call on Tuesday. Despite these assurances, nearly two months have passed without any communication or resolution.
It is deeply disappointing to encounter such a lack of accountability and customer service from a place I previously enjoyed. I strongly encourage others to review their credit card statements for potential discrepancies. I will not be returning.

A great fun cocktail bar with nice staff. The Army Navy was very good. That would be my choice again. The ambience is nice and the place has a good vibe. They do not have food though. But there are couple of restaurants just opposite to it. Parking might be challenging on a busy evening.
