Beautiful restaurant with wonderful menu. The dishes are fresh and full of flavor. We like to get a big pot of rice and several different entrees so we can share and have a little bit of everything. The orange and lemon chicken are a classic favorite, especially with the kids. I love dipping egg rolls in the lemon sauce that comes with the lemon chicken. I’m also really fond of their curry dishes. The restaurant has a very peaceful atmosphere with stunning decor and relaxing music.

Giving 4 stars for service, portion size and price. The food was decent Chinese food but nothing special. Dinner special was only $16.95/person and it was a huge plate of food plus soup and appetizers. The paper wrapped chicken appetizer was amazing!

Sweat and sour lunch special was a great value with the chicken crispy on outside and lots of vegetables incl pineapple. Everything was served piping hot which is very important to me.

I really like the Chow Fun dishes at Golden Gong! I haven’t seen this dish at other restaurants in the area. My favorite is the Pork Cow Fun, but all of them are very good! I have found the service to be friendly and prompt. We’ve gotten takeout here twice during the pandemic, and both times were good experiences.

There aren’t a lot of Chinese restaurants in this area and those that exists aren’t great (especially if you’ve lived in a big city). This is good for here, probably can’t compete with the city Chinese restaurants like those in SF. The soup was really large even though we ordered a small. The mains were decent size. Fried rice wasn’t good, might stick to steam rice in the future

Just picked up our order an hour ago and food was literally inedible. The rice was perfectly dry and hard and maybe 3 days old. The orange chicken was grossly mushy. Will not be back, and I am a local.
