Was visiting Kalamazoo for WMU college orientation and thought we’d give Jet’s a try. Ordering was easy enough, but delivery took FOREVER- Over an hour! The pizza was good, but overcooked and the entire perimeter was burnt. If it wasn’t so well-done, it would have been delicious, as they definitely don’t skimp on toppings. We plan to give it another try when we’re back in town.

Ordered via phone robot, the new 3 pepperoni pizza, sprite, jets bread with marinara. Order comes I notice no 2 liter. Delivery guy says he will bring it still. I pay and tip well he leaves. Get inside the pizza is him just a cheese pizza and no marinara for the bread sticks. I call they say they can’t replace

The right is what you advertise and left is what we got. This isn’t the first time we have had this issue with the cinnamon sticks. Everything else is great but these are never good. Only reason I don’t call is because we only order it with the reward points. Which is really disappointing.

Both my Jets 8 count Detroit style three meat pizza (sausage,pepperoni and bacon) were burnt. I spent 38 dollars on total trash.
