I ordered food from the restaurant and I was quite disappointed. I’ve ordered from them a few times and it’s usually pretty good, and I used to order from their other location in Framingham before it closed. However, this meal was not that great.
I ordered the lunch special for General Tso Chicken (with pork fried rice and spring roll) and Sweet and sour chicken (with pork fried rice and crab rangoon). I also ordered Chicken Wonton Soup. The Tso chicken was good, as well as the sweet and sour chicken, pork fried rice, and Rangoon. However the Tso chicken didn’t come with its fried rice or spring roll. The biggest problem was the chicken wonton soup. The lettuce was completely rotten looking and there was a fruit fly in it. This is unacceptable and we ended up throwing away the rest of our meals that we had barely touched because we were so grossed out after the soup.
I reached out to them almost a week ago and they haven’t replied, no apology or any kind of resolution, so I have decided to leave a review. If they had reached out, I probably wouldn’t have posted this review. Their customer service clearly isn’t that great and they don’t know how to fix their mistakes.

Great, delicious food! I love the Chicken with Ginger and Green/string beans. The lunch deals offer the best value. Staff has always been polite. Be aware that on Christmas Eve / New Year’s Eve they have a special limited menu without the lunch combos, but likely due to so many takeout orders – which is a good sign that many people like their food too. It’s in the same plaza as the Shaws grocery store and plenty of parking in the lot, but you might have to walk a bit due to a new bank recently built there.

Modern casual but classy Chinese restaurant with great food and great service. They are consistently great with the quality of their food. Their appetizers are traditional New England style cooked perfectly. Everything from the hot and sour soup with complex flavors with the right amount of heat to all of the finger foods. The egg rolls are full of flavor. They are so delicious that you can eat them without needing any condiments. The teriyaki is well marinated. The spareribs are tender, moist and easily come off the bone. The wings have a crunchy exterior with a juicy interior. They do a great job with their main dishes. Shrimp has always been cooked right, tender not rubbery. My favorite entrée is their orange crispy beef. The beef is tender, the coating is perfect with a crispiness in every bite. The sauce is perfect with the orange flavor really standing out. I highly recommend Lavender. You pay a little more, however I’m a firm believer that the quality is worth paying for. The service is excellent too!

There were 2 girls (hostess) that didn’t even look at our face , one of them looked away . Didn’t say anything when we left either , the waitress was good but not very friendly either , the place it’s super clean which I like it but the bucket to clean the tables had a very strong cleaning product smell that bothered me very much because I don’t want to eat smelling bleach , I think you guys should put that bucket away from the tables where people eat . Food was good!

The lunch special is the best deal they serve from 11:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. most days. Prices from 14.95 to 15.95 including two sides and you can add a soup for another $2.50 the wonton noodle soup is my favorite and the food is delicious! The service and staff are always gracious and it has a nice cafe style atmosphere with a bar and TV for watching sports.

Tucked away in Sudbury Plaza, this Asian boîte is a gem. The interior is bright and cheerful and very modern – different than what you would often encounter in other Asian restaurants. The bar is always lively and it’s interesting because half of the bar is in one dining room. The other half of the bar is in the other dining room. Both dining rooms have great tables. Nice flat screen t.v.’s adorn the bar area .
Myself and my two girlfriends ordered WHITE MAI THAIS and they were excellent .
The menu not only has the usual, expected items, but other interesting fusion items as well.Lots to pick from.
We had pork filled thin and crispy Pan Fried Potstickers and Boneless Spareribs to start. Both great. Then we ordered Tangerine Chicken, which was outstanding. Beautiful, crunchy chunks of all white meat tossed in this wonderful and tasty tangerine sauce. We had Beef and Broccoli. Tender chunks of beef beautifully sautéed-and we sdded snow peas. Very yummy. We had Vegetable Lo Mein – exactly perfect.
our server was wonderful. Very friendly, very efficient, and then, at the end of the meal he brought over a giant Ziploc bag, full of individually wrapped chocolate treats, like Heath, Peppermint Patty, stuff like that …it was so cool.
If you want really tasty Asian food that is freshly prepared, and not greasy and gloppy, go to Lavender. You can thank me later.

A stylish, modern design provides a great place to really enjoy upscale Chinese-American style Chinese food. No ingredients drowning in corn starch goo here. Sauces are flavorful and compliment the dishes. I am unreasonably fond of their ginger chicken with green beans: lots of savory tender chicken with fresh green beans lightly cooked and punctuated richly with impossibly thin slivers of real ginger. Did I mention the boozy, delicious Maitais? Lunch is a bargain. And dinner will offer take home left overs. Definitely worth the trip.

Bait and switch! The price they show on their menu Online is half of what they actually charge! My $7+ chow mein was actually twice the price. When I asked about, The owner told me the prices Online are wrong and they can’t fix it. I strongly suggest you go down the street to Wayland and Jindu. It’s better food anyway.

Great place for Chinese food! The food is delicious, good size portions and not greasy at all. It’s nice inside, especially the bar area. They have a decent size menu and the service was excellent!

I collected some bottles and metal outside back door and the owner called the police. I have texted an apology and have offered to return the empty bottles and apparently junk chop-saw but the owner refuses to answer the phone….I thought to knock and ask about empty beer bottles in case they had someone else to take them but no one appeared was around so I was at fault and its my lesson…but the sudbury police want the owner’s lawyer send me a no trespass letter rather than allow me to return the items. I have other business owners there that appreciate me taking their junk there and wish to shop there too… I would appreciate it if the restaurant owner allow me to pay for any damages rather than block communication.
