For something light, the chicken tacos make for a nice lunch or appetizer. And the rice pudding is a good ending as it is the best I ever had. The chicken wings also make for a nice appetizer and are offered in many flavors to satisfy even the most critical palate, I suggest tandoori.
For something more substantial and traditional, go for the Matka Chicken. The bold flavors and spice embrace perfectly cooked tender chicken resulting in a true delicacy. This was Eeyore’s favorite and it pairs nicely with the garlic naan.
Eeyore travels all over the country and the DC area has some of the best food in the county. And when it comes to Indian, this restaurant ranks as one of the best. Me and Eeyroe are both in agreement on that.
the food was pretty tasty though.
it was busy but the staff were handling it well.
went on saturday which is probably why it was so busy and they had a buffet option as well as the normal menu.
we had chicken tikka and Rajasthani Goat curry with butter naan and potato samosas.
quite a bit of seating inside and out as well as lots of free parking around the mall.
if they fix that restroom issue i’ll def be back.
Visited my family on a Saturday.
Tried Veg. Fried momos, Gobhi 65, Paneer 65 , Choley Bhature and trust me all of these 4 items were horrible.
Spoiled experience. I will definitely not recommend please. Instead there are some very good Indian restaurants in this area.
The website did not have any specials but the store door has Buy One Get One specials only through the website. Very deceiving marketing practice.
Restaurant itself looks pretty big and decent decor with plenty of parking.
Overall the experience was really good. They have plenty of seating staff was friendly.
Menu have lots of options and with a kids specific menu.
We tried chole bhature which was really good.
Papdi chat, paneer nachos was average.
But from main course Butter Chicken , Dbaha Dal and Paneer was really good.
Tandoori Roti was perfect.
Definitely a place to visit if you are aroungd Sterling area.
They also have a decent bar option to try out.
A small suggestion for the team: consider offering weekday specials—like a ‘Monday Special’ or other weekday deals at a nominal price. It would definitely encourage foodies like me to visit more often. Overall, a wonderful experience, and I’ll be back for sure!
Please STOP putting Mango pulp on Appetizer plates, does not go well.
That definitely not Sev Puri, it’s Dahi Puri.
