There is absolutely no excuse for how slow they are….I have waited over 20 minutes for a sandwich before when there is only one or two people before me. Add that to the fact that their food is overpriced along with rude customer service and you can safely say you have failed.

Charged for 14.50 a meatball cloud sandwich that came looking dried and tasted dry. I did came back asking if the employee could put more sauce on it, and I didn’t expect rude attitude which came from there. Idk if the boss is bad or the employee just straight rude, but I know I won’t be buying anything from there anymore.

Out of all the food options in UCF, this one’s definitely the worst. It’s overpriced, but that’s not rare on campus. The flavor though is just plain terrible. I even added ingredients to boost up flavor the second time, but there’s literally no flavor at all. I have never had such a bland tasting sandwich in my life. Wouldn’t recommend this to anyone in campus. 0/10

Literally waited 35 mins for a damn sandwich. After 20mins they tell me they ain’t got no avocados… Several people just standing around like i’m sorry but that was unacceptable. Gumby with the fluffy hair need to pick up the pace. Unserious as hell. Moving like sloths

Pricey but usually tasty (especially the Cali Club) with lots of customizable options. However, while they were pretty efficient when they opened, ever since the rest of the Union restaurants opened, it became dreadfully slow, so if you don’t have 10-15 minutes to wait for your sandwich after you order it (after you wait in line for who knows how long), you may want to settle for something else.

which wich is expensive but that’s okay because it’s also a mess. I ordered a regular Philly cheesesteak ( is cheesesteak one word or two words??? cheese steak? cheesesteak? whatever) but the guy in front of me ordered one with no onions and peppers. they gave that guy mine, he gave it back to them and they threw it away. then they gave him his and put my Replacement Sandwich at the back of the sandwich queue. so I had to wait for like everyone behind me to get their sandwiches made and watch them receive them before I got mine. sad! this wouldn’t even be a big deal if the whole purchase to receiving sandwich process wasn’t like a solid fifteen. like I got stuff I gotta do besides stand motionless in front of a sandwich place for a half hour! and a lot of u probably do too

Overpriced as hell, especially as a combo. Staff is very slow here, 4 were on making sandwiches and it still took almost 10 minutes. Sandwich was okay but not worth the money.

I ordered philly cheessteak. Bread is good, meat is chewy and old. I don’t recommend this place. 5 stars though to the service.

Kind of disappointed, this franchise doesn’t take the Which Wich app. And the sandwiches weren’t as good as other locations. Asked to talk to manager who was on break. After 10 minutes gave up waiting.
