I ask for a white iced mocha with hazelnut syrup. He didn’t even ask if I wanted a drink size. he hand me a small warned mocha. He can’t listen to simple directions and he’s a manager! Would highly recommend going to the Starbucks at Safeway right next-door

Usually service is very fast. Today I went and waited a long time in the drive thru. Then I watched them place my coffee on the counter and I waited another 3 minutes for the girl to hand it to me. She wouldn’t come back to the window and I had to leave without my coffee so I wouldn’t be late to an appointment. I’ve tried to call them about this 6 times today and they won’t answer the phone. When I was there, there was hardly anyone inside and I was the only one in the drive through.

This is the third time that I have ordered a decaf from this Starbucks and have been served regular. I don’t know if it’s because the young kids that work here don’t realize that it’s actually a big deal, or they just don’t care. There are people with real medical conditions that are sensitive to caffeine. People with actual allergies to it and people like me that wake up at 5AM for a job that requires I be rested and alert! I can’t do that when I’ve been up all night from caffeine!! It’s good I don’t have to work with machinery putting myself or other people’s lives at risk for injury or worse. That’s negligence. It’s a big deal. When someone orders a decaf, serve them a DECAF! You just lost a customer. Not worth it.

Absolutely love this location. They have an amazing atmosphere. One bad experience turned into a lifetime of friendliness and beautiful smiles. Always use drive-thru and my order is always on point. If there is ever something wrong with my order they make it right. Kyrie and her wonderful co-workers know how to keep someone’s day positive. Keep smiling and keep up the amazing work. I just moved here from Washington State and from Aurora to Morrison this is the ONLY Starbucks I’ve found that can actually make a good coffee. It’s no WA coffee, but I’ve tried them all around Denver and I’m so freaking happy we bought a house next to the best one.
