I had a 1 PM pick up order for a steak, quesadilla, rice, corn and pico. I arrive four minutes early and did not receive my food until 118. Waiting a total of 22 minutes. There was no digital receipt on my bag as there should have been. When I finally had the opportunity to eat my food. I took it out of the bag and got black bean juice all over my shirt, wild thing is I did not order black beans. Typically with a quesadilla, there’s a small cover that goes over the three side pieces, it was missing which allowed the black bean juice to get all over my shirt which I have to work in for the rest of the day. Not only that, but my quesadilla was chicken and not steak. You could tell it was made 20 minutes or earlier because it was not fresh at all. Extremely disappointing experience. so let’s sum it up, 22 minute wait time, black beans not rice, chicken not steak. Also got a nice black bean stain on my T-shirt and not fresh food. Extremely poor experience.

Tonight I was too lazy to cook so I grabbed a pick up order for dinner! I ordered on my app and picked up in the drive thru. I ordered five bowls and chips & salsa. Everything was perfect and exactly how I ordered. The food was fresh and delicious. Portion sizes were excellent.

I was debating between Pollo Loco or Chipotle & I was very disappointed with my choice. This was about the saddest SALAD I have EVER purchased! There was about 10 pieces of lettuce maybe less. Definitely not worth the money. The chimichurri was very good though.

The best Chipotle location I’ve been to in years. Everything was fresh and hot, the portions were right, not too big nor too small, and the staff was friendly and fast. The music was fun but not blaring. People were eating in rather than running off.

WHY IS THE SERVING OF “STEAK” (literally the entire ladle used to scoop the small pile of “steak”) ALL COMPOSED OF FAT? WHAT IS THE CHALLENGE OF TRIMMING THE STEAK SO THERE IS EDIBLE MEAT (it’s not cheap to buy a bowl) SO I EXPECT MORE MEAT AND LESS OF THE FATTY CHEWY NON-EDIBLE TISSUE THATS LEFT ON EACH CUT OF STEAK. I have been going to chipotle since the day they opened a store over in arrowhead. This might’ve been 2008 or 2010. I can’t remember and the service was always outstanding until about a couple years ago. The new generation just never had it together well tonight, I got my burrito made by a young lady handling the whole line by herself and I felt like I was back in 2010. It was the most outstanding service I’ve ever got the burrito looked amazing. I cannot wait to go eat it but all I wanna say is she has very good service and I was impressed that that’s all. ! Looks like chipotle is back!

We’ve been waiting months for this place to open, and now that it finally is, we just went for our first meal there. Right off the bat, this location is way too small for the growing area, especially for how busy chipotles usually get. The max occupancy capacity is only 60. There is not a lot of seating for families of 4 or more and practically none for 5 or larger. Also, just a little nit pick, but all the seating is basically on the side where the sun is hitting during the hottest time of the day. Other than all that, the food was good. My wife and I both got chicken burritos, which were nicely filled and tasted very good. Two of our kids shared a kids’ meal, and they enjoyed it very much. Our oldest got a bean and cheese burrito and had no complaints.

Worst chipotle I’ve ever been to. Made a mobile order and went to receive it and received half my order. They left out a bowl because supposedly they ran out of the honey chicken. That’s great and all but y’all could have let me know! I drove off without the bowl and came back upset about not having my food. Not only did we run out of the honey chicken, she asked if I’d like another protein. I said sure, chicken. I get home and I’m missing half of the items I asked for in my bowl oh, and come to a surprise, no chicken ! Even when asked what meat I’d like in my bowl they decide to just give me a meatless bowl after “fixing” the issue. Just order somewhere else, they’re a waste of time. Not my first problem with them either.

Worst service, got myself some of the meat and it was not even edible. My father is a food inspector and we will definitely be notifying the state about the quality of the food. The protein was undercooked and barely any portion was given, photos were taken and will be sent accordingly.
