Absolutely incredible experience every time I dine at Via Cuma ! Everything tastes authentic, fresh, and made with high-quality ingredients. The pizza is perfectly cooked with amazing flavor, the panuozzo is next-level delicious and have ordered it many times and the tiramisu is the perfect sweet finish creamy, balanced, and not overly sweet. Definitely one of the best Italian spots in the area. Highly recommend and can’t wait to come back! ✨

Never been to Italy, but I’m sure this is what authentic Italian food tastes like! So flavorful, so fresh & so worth it. Service was attentive and staff was very knowledgeable of the menu. Our server recommended the Margherita pizza which was fantastic. We also had the truffle pizza which was to die for! Real truffles too
The real star of the show was the tiramisu served in a moka pot. Presentation was 10/10 and probably the best tiramisu I’ve ever had.
They don’t have their liquor license (bummer) BUT you can BYOB and they charge a small fee.

First time here and it was awesome! We started with the alici appetizer, then had a Quattro Formaggi con Prosciutto pizza and a Bufala pizza — both were incredible. The crust was light, chewy, and had that real Napoli-style flavor and texture. We finished with the Tiramisù in the mocha pot, which was super tasty and such a cool touch. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and clearly made with care. Can’t wait to come back!

Great place for everything! Pizza, Food, & Desserts! Take a nice passeggiata and get transported to Italy. The owner and staff made you feel like family. Pizza Genovese was the best.

This was my first time going into the restaurant and for me and my partner it did not disappoint. The food was tasty with normal and filling portion sizes worth all the money. I loved Ivan, he knows his stuff. He was very professional and charismatic, giving us a great 10/10 experience i just wished he had more help while we where there. I tried the awesome Parmigiana di Melanzane and next time i will try your pizzas they looked delicious as well.
I recommend the tiramisu for the dessert which was delicate of flavors my partner could not get enough.

Via Cuma has been the absolute best addition to the Valley Stream Area! You walk in and you instantly feel like you are in Italy! The food is absolutely amazing and always fresh! They use the best quality products imported from Italy! You can’t get better than that! We have been customers since day 1 and always look forward to going back. Luca and Ivan are amazing people that have become good friends of our family. This restaurant is amazing. Please go try it and thank me later! ❤️
