Everything is made with high-quality ingredients and bold, thoughtful flavors. It’s also refreshing to enjoy a meal that leaves you feeling satisfied and energized, not overstuffed or weighed down by excess sugar, salt, or fat. You actually feel like you’re nourishing your body—and maybe even your spirit—with every bite. The cafe is clean, simple, spacious, and casual. There is an extensive menu to order from as well as prepared foods to choose from behind the glass displays. We’ve both eaten in (you order at the register and seat yourself) and done takeout. On my last visit taking out, I enjoyed chatting with the owner and creator of the recipes. She has an inspiring personal health journey, and you can clearly feel how much heart and soul she puts into this place. That care truly shines through in the food. I recently tried the house special veggie burger and wow—it was insanely good. My only minor complaint is that for a casual café or takeout spot, it isn’t cheap. That said, when I think about the “we are what we eat” philosophy and how important it is to take care of the one body we get, it feels completely worth every penny. If you’re thinking about trying the Pureganic Cafe, DO IT, especially if it means moving outside your comfort zone! Your body, stomach, and taste buds will thank you!
It is SUCH a relief not having to worry about cross contamination and to finally enjoy food that is truly gluten free, vegan, and absolutely delicious. Pureganic Café has become a favorite spot for my family and friends.
I recommend it to anyone who wants to try something new, and especially to people who have celiac, are vegan, or keep kosher. We’re so happy to have a place we can count on to always be safe, healthy, and amazingly good for any meal.
If I could give more than five stars, I definitely would!
1. Falafel (the best of the best)
2. Pizza (it’s the best vegan and gluten free pizza I’ve tried so far)
3. Mushroom panini (rich vegetable flavor)
4. Sweet French fries (not oily, just how I like it)
5. Stuffed cabbage and cauliflower curry (yum)
The food is tasty and not over salted. Unfortunately, I live in a different state. But I’ll be back one day for a muffin, quiche, and some other items I haven’t tried 🙂

The Pureganic Cafe is new here in Harrison. My girlfriend and I decided to visit and try it out. The first impressions were good. Overall, the atmosphere was “clean,” and their goal of health driven food was noticed. Pureganic Cafe is a perfect place for someone with specific dietary needs. We ordered pancakes, overnight oats, and a kale shake. The kale shake came out in under 5 minutes, but our food took close to 20 minutes before we got it. This was supposed to be a quick breakfast stop, turned into an almost 1 hour process once we finished our meal. I make overnight oats all the time. It’s a cold menu item, it should have been ready almost immediately just like the kale shake, and the pancakes could have been ready in under 5 minutes. The staff was very friendly, which is a plus, but our food cost $40 dollars (more than I’ve ever spent on breakfast) and the food wasn’t “insanely out of this world,” it was just “okay.” I’m not sure we will be back soon. For us it wasn’t worth the $$$ or the overall taste. However, this location is PERFECT for someone with dietary constraints, as stated earlier.
