In 1978, Jet’s Pizza founder Eugene Jetts was about to buy a new home. But on the way there, his passion for pizza took over. I’ve been to this Jets a few times since I’ve moved in the Area. The pizza didn’t taste good the first time but i decided To give it another chance with my family. We ordered delivery and it came Quick and Was Still very Hot so thank you to The delivery Guy Jay but again the Flavor just wasn’t good.. not sure what it was but it tasted Spoiled. The cookie also tasted like it had Burnt oil mixed in. I’ve talked to local friends who feel the same way.

Just ordered from here picked up my pizza when I got home it was wrong. I called the Manager spoke to her. She let me know to bring the pizza back and she would remake it. My husband left out the house when I told him that they were gonna remake it and forgot the pizza here I’ll let her know that he was already halfway to the store and he wasn’t gonna come all the way back home just to drive out again. That would be our fourth trip there and they would not remake the pizza for me. I even asked did they want me to submit a picture? She said no

Jets pizza is jets pizza. I would recommend using a different location. The reason we’ve stuck with this location is because if things get messed up they generally make it right.
However they are messing up orders more and more. 3 times now for my family in less than 6 months and we don’t even get pizza that often.
While I appreciate it that they correct the issues in the past they are just making too many mistakes and honestly aren’t even doing a good job of making it right anymore.
Today they gave us the wrong pizzas, we had to wait an additional 20 minutes before we got the correct order and when we got home all the pizzas were cold.

Ive always ordered my pizzas from Jets but after some years the taste changed. I left Jets and chose to go elsewhere which I desired a barbecue chicken pizza which I ordered at another pizza place it was not good. So a few months later I had the taste again, decided to go back to Jets, my goodness how disappointing. Hardly any barbecue sauce, there use to be chunks of chicken not I can’t see the the chicken all i see is chunks of purple onion. I’ll pay more but give me my monies worth. Please tell me why I soend my money and I pick up and I could of just made myself a pizza. Im so disappointed especially with Jets…

This review is for management and not the staff. I ordered online for pick up and was told it would be ready in about ten minutes. I could see my pizza sitting there finished, but the team was tied up with other tasks. It sat out for twenty minutes getting old and cold before anyone boxed it up. I asked for a refund instead.

I Love this location. It’s the only one we use. I was in today and they were slammed. I felt so bad, our order was delayed which I understood. The workers were very nice and apologized. I know that things don’t always go as planned. I waited with my daughter and when our order was done they gave me a complimentary pizza. I was stunned. Not a lot of businesses do things like this. I am very appreciative!

Gotta show love for our local Jet’s Pizza.. We’ve been ordering from here for many years and I’d have to say that our orders have never gotten messed up, food always comes out really fresh. Anytime we have friends visiting from out of town we’re known to order some Detroit style pies!

Domino’s pizza sucks, ingredients are not fresh (except the sauce), and I got severely sick (intestinal/colon) after eating their pizza.
Jet’s tastes much fresher, and it’s worth spending a little more for it!
