I went to Wendy’s in Newaygo this morning (2/20/2026) around 8:45am. I went to go inside because no one was answering through the drive threw, the doors was locked and a lady (im assume the manager) was very rude and said they no longer doing breakfast, she had a very snotty attitude, and as what I could see around the whole building, they don’t even signs or any nots for the inconvenience of not doing breakfast anymore. I love Wendy’s food, but I will no longer go there all because some lady wanted to be very rude.

Giving 5 stars. Not a perfect visit, but staff was very friendly. I went out of my way to stop at this Wendy’s today, 9-01-22, a beautiful thursday morning. Not busy at all. If people don’t come out and support businesses trying to provide us with conveniences… We may end up being inconvenienced.
Pros:
Food: great tasting. Price point: not horrible. Quality of food: above average. Cleanliness: great. Staff: friendly.
Cons:
Table wobbly (anchor can only be tightened with hammer, see pic). French toast sticks: truly not a complaint… I only got 5, paid for 6, It happens.
I do recommend this Wendy’s.

The service was pretty good, maybe a bit slow, but pleasant. I thought maybe it was slow because we were waiting on hot fries or hot burgers. But alas, the fries, nuggets and burgers were warm at best. Nothing was hot. The eating area was ok but didn’t seem as clean as we prefer. I’m sure we will return but it may be a while.

We tried this Wendy’s over a year ago, with less success.
No didn’t go in and complain- yeah like that’s how we plan a quick lunch- drama.

Update, have not been here in years, current employees lack Knowledge. Ordered 4 large Chili’s, received 4 cups of chili broth with 3 spoons of actual chili fixings. The picture shows how much knowledge they lack, placing full rings of onions, not chopped up? Talked to floor mgr James, said he would make it right, in already 20 miles away❗ Nothing like ruining my day/lunch!!
