The whole town talks about how great this place is and I found out why when I went and had lunch there the other day
There is plenty of seating, it was boiling hot outside, but nice and fresh in the restaurant, everything is very clean and organized, the tables were bussed very quickly and we were served very quickly by our waitress, and the owners came by and said hello everyone was very friendly.
My chicken Caesar wrap with fries was absolutely delicious and I could not finish it and my friends also took some of their meals home that they loved
I highly recommend grabbing some food from here. You will not be disappointed.

My husband and I LOVE to visit the Orono Country Cafe. You arrive hungry and leave feeling like you ate with family! Service has always been wonderful and portion sizes are MORE than enough. I loveee the greek omlettes and my hubby always goes for their steak, bacon or western sandwich. We also love their Friday night dinner specials! If you catch them on Rib night you simply MUST try them and can most certainly bet hubby and I have already been or are on our way in for ribs lol.
Aside from the food and cleanliness of the restaurant, we we love the people. The owners ; Faten & Amin, their sons, the lovely servers and Suki in the back are all so friendly. While its clear that we love them, they equally love their Clarington community and dedicate fundraisers to people in our community with needs who might otherwise go unnoticed or unsupported.

A small shop suitable for stopping by if you are on your way from Toronto to Ottawa. The restaurant is clean, has plenty of seating and has enough natural light. The food is quite good, but the cafe only has one option: drip. The owner and the customers there are all very friendly. Home Fried is very delicious.

Great little diner that serves up huge portions of homemade breakfast and lunch. Always fresh and hot. Family run and they treat their customers like family as well. Highly recommended!
