A great impression on some out-of-towners on work trip! We were greeted with a friendly, and seemingly very genuine, welcome from staff. The food was delicious, as it always is. But the customer service didn’t stop there. Fast forward a week and a half later and I’m reconciling receipts and I’m only missing one. This one. I know. It’s my responsibility to keep track of my stuff, but I didn’t. As many years as I’ve been on this earth, I can’t keep track of my things. I’m working on it, ok?!
Called on a Saturday and Luke was so patient and tried to look for my transaction with no avail. Today, in a last ditch effort to save my own hide, I called again and spoke to Ryan. After 20 minutes of searching, he still didn’t find it. Lightbulb moment: “Let me check the other register and call you back.” Another 20 minutes later, he did, in fact, call me back stating he had found it. Receipts are due today and Ryan came in with that buzzer beater! Thank you to everyone! Customer service 10/5!

Went to this establishment Monday morning around 10:15 AM after taking my dog to Shadow ridge vet. I was great by two lovely gentlemen who were very knowledgeable of the menu, I decided to go with the giant cheese steak and split it with my mother it’s was plenty of food for two people. I was very satisfying with the quality of the food and the exceptional customer service the two young gentlemen running the joint were exceptional employees very friendly and helpful definitely will be back.

Last night july/18 stop by first order 1 regular beef 5 star by a lady made enough my order, second order regular buffalo chicken by a man didn’t asked customer request some vegetables stuff, just put lettuces, tomato like a for free by himself tasty is too much salt..2 star.Total cost $25.00 expensive..
