Craving authentic Mexican food? La Chalupa Traditional Mexican food delivers. I had the chilaquiles and my sisters had a asada quesadilla and a sope! Everything was delicious, with big portions at a great price. The super friendly environment made it feel like home.

Drove out from Roseville today (Saturday) looking forward to trying the food. A note mentions that they are only open on weekends. We arrived and they were closed. Drove in the driveway and there was no one around to inquire with. There was a yellow “trailer” with picnic tables nearby so we assumed that was it. There was a house behind but I didn’t want to knock on the door. Yes, it was a cool and gloomy day but they really need to post their hours and whether they are open or closed. I told friends to check it out, hope the same doesn’t happen to them. I’ll update this review once I get to try the food.

This place is amazing!! The food was absolutely delicious, and we all ordered something different. The homemade tortillas are freshly made and served warm! The staff are super welcoming and friendly and the outdoor seating is so relaxing! We will definitely be back!

My son and I came here for the first time. It was amazing. Service quick and clean and the food is 100% traditional and great. 100% recommend if you want to come with your family. They also have goats if you want to bring your children.

Want a kickass mexican meal? Go here. Its a pop up only open on Sat & Sun but the food is insane. The burrito I had was beyound words. The flan was to die for. Its located at 3714 Riego Rd in Elverta. Go there & you won’t be disappointed. Also I had my niece with me and she has a protein food disorder that challenges her going out to eat & they accomadated her. 5 stars all around!
