Took 3 hours to deliver 1 large pizza. After 2 hours they called me and asked if I got my order. Said they were remaking and would be right out. An hour later it showed up cold ridiculous the delivery fee and 20% tip is more than the pizza. Will not order here ever again. Looked in my order history. It’s been a year since I ordered here then remembered why. They did offer a free med 1 topping pizza. They can keep it.

The food and everything is great. Domino’s is my number one place to get something to eat when I have the money, but the past few times I have come in to get a pick up order, I have gotten looks and have had to wait more than 30 minutes for one item to be made. When I walked in today I saw a majority of staff standing around and talking. Only three people were working out of the five that were there. One girl at the register, I’m not sure of her name, turned and gave me a look before making a comment about people “rushing” their orders. I never rushed my order, I had an asap order and I was curious as to why it was taking almost an hour to make one bread bowl when I have gotten them out quicker then that.
I enjoy Domino’s, but if I’m going to receive attitude for coming in a few minutes early to pick up my order, then I won’t be returning.

Worst quality pizza. The manager on duty was very rude and refused to address my complaint. I was even lied to and refused service. The manager was a rude little brat. I will never return to this location again. Worst food, worst service.

Hadn’t ordered from domino’s in years and we’ve ordered twice in the last 3 months and both times were great! Pizza was made to order exactly the way we wanted it and the time to pick up was exact! We like little sauce and the flavors of the crust and with toppings we ordered were on point! Very happy and customer service was great as well! Definitely will be back!

They lie on the app they said they were making my pizza. An hour later when the app said my pizza was ready I pull up to the window and they tell me it’s still in the oven. Made me pull around back to wait another 10 minutes.

Stopped by here last night because they’re having their national promotion large 2 topping pizza for $6.99, truthfully you can’t beat that in this economy! Before I go on with my review I’m going to add that I have managed Domino’s in North Carolina South Carolina and Texas for over 20 years although I don’t manage anymore. Having said that I’m pretty picky when it comes to my Domino’s Pizza. I will tell you the lady was sweet and professional. My food was ready when they said it was ready, fresh, made correctly, a definite win! keep up the good work!

Delivery said 35-45 minutes, didn’t show for almost 2 hrs, then the delivery guy leaves a cold pizza at the door without knocking or ringing the doorbell. I called and they said there wasn’t any special instructions to ring the doorbell??? So just leave a cold pizza at the door and dip. I’ll never tip another driver from there again.

Completely unprofessional and ridiculous. Waited an hour for my pizza (delivery) while it was getting a “quality check” and had to call. When they picked up they said I needed to come get it myself because they dont have any delivery drivers right now. Yet they never called or notified me that my order was not able to be delivered even though they had my number and email. If you dont have delivery drivers then dont make that an option. Some woman was screaming in the back too saying things like “jesus christ” as if her not fulfilling her job is my fault. being short staffed is one thing but not even telling customers that their food is ready and getting cold, but STILL TAKING THEIR MONEY is a different level of greed and unprofessionalism. Now im hungry and pissed off, thanks!!

Very good service and manners. Food is always quick and to order. I’ve ordered many times and not a single bad thing to say about the service, time, or workers. Just a small inconvenience that’s probably from Corporate. PLEASE change the time on the food app to the the locations so I don’t order from a closed store. It says 12:00 but they close at 10:30. Thanks. Once you change that I’ll change my review. Seems pretty fair.
