2 times visiting here. First time I was picking up my wife’s online order through the drive thru. Told them the name and they charged me, and gave me a completely different order. Found out my wife had already paid online so I had to go back, get the right order, and get refunded for someone else’s order I paid for and picked up.
Second visit I went on my lunch break to grab a drink and a sandwich, paid at the window and was handed the drink, sat at the window for another 2 minutes before the guy opened it up and asked if I was looking for something else. He printed out the receipt and they only charged me for a drink and asked if I wanted to pay for the sandwich and wait for it. I said “just forget it” and left.
Maybe inside the store you’ll have better luck, but if you go through drive thru, prepare to have to pay twice or drive back later to get the right order.

One of, if not the most inefficient and poorly run drive-through windows I’ve ever been to. This particular franchise really needs to have someone from corporate train these folks on how to take and prep orders in a more timely manner. It often takes upwards of 15 minutes or more to make it to the window, and once you do, they only have half of your order ready (coffee and a donut). They are always pleasant when I go, which is the only reason this store didn’t receive a 1-star.

I generally do not get an order that’s wrong. But, today I paid almost $16 for an order that was missing two items, my order was for a total of 5 items, my coffee, and 4 food items…it’s exasperating and makes for a bad day.

They get everything wrong. I don’t understand what’s so hard about a plain bagel, cut in half. Every time I go there they give me the wrong order completely, and then give attitude when I point it out. Don’t recommend. Also, dirty cup. Really?

I came in for a meeting, I ordered a small Chai Latte, the cup was half full, I took it back to the counter and she stated that is the way it came out…the taste was horrible, I couldn’t even finish the 2 ounces I got for $4.29. The sandwich was lukewarm. Last time ordering from this location. Service at other locations is much better.
