I should not have to stand at the register for 30 entire minutes before my order is taken if there’s people in the drive through then the other two men standing around should be taking orders, one was even on his phone while orders were being made. UPDATE: I literally stood there for like an hour waiting for my food and they STILL FORGOT HALF MY FOOD???? What is GOING ON HERE

We just came from Taco Bell. 2/1/26 6:30 pm While waiting after ordering we were positioned to watch the kitchen. TWICE the guy fixing the orders coughed open-mouthed on the orders he was preparing right in front of him. No effort to turn his head or cover his mouth. Disgusting. Another lady came in and had waited 20 minutes for a large order and then they didn’t get her order right and she had to come back inside. She was not happy and even came over to where we were sitting (never met her before) to complain to us. And I noticed there was trash (white papers of some type) on the floor in the food prep area. Management needs to tighten up. BTW, the place was nearly empty.

Toco bell/KFC Booneville Arkansas 7 pm on a Tuesday evening. $35.35. This was our meal. Biscuits were like rocks, dried out 50% of the corn was hard, not a drop of juice, brown mashed potatoes, raw, dried out chicken tenders, look closely at the cole slaw was not only slimmy, but it was bubbling. I took a bite of it first spit it out and dry heaved, and violently gagged for 20 minutes. They returned our money, but I wasn’t hiding the fact that I was recording. The kitchen, and dining room floors, & work spaces were disgusting. NEVER WILL WE GET FOOD FROM THEM EVER AGAIN. Both employees were extremely sorry. How do you not see this, health dept needs to do something before they kill someone.

I went in at 11:55, a lady came out and said “I’m sorry we’re already closed”, I told her that I drove from Charleston to get here before midnight…

What does close at 12:00 mean?
If an employee closes my business early she would be out of a job

KFC is getting what seems to be smaller side containers. The chicken is decent. The mashed potatoes and gravy are not what I remember but they are better than the mac and cheese. My son who is autistic loves chicken. We all used to love KFC. But they are going down a bit.
