It was a little bit of a wait to get all of our food but it was delicious! On Saturdays they have a special, feijoada, which my friend got, and I opted for the caprese sandwich. The feijoada is a generous portion size and is cooked to perfection, a nice and hearty meal. My caprese sandwich was delicious, featuring a lovely balsamic glaze, tomatoes, and generous portions of mozzarella. It is a delightful experience, you just need to make sure you set aside enough time and to be patient.

After just living 6+ months in Brasil, this place does it right.

Food: one of the best coixinhas I’ve ever had. Pastel was full of meat (not like the MASSIVE pastries with a little pocket of meat at brasilian st fairs). Bigger pão de queijo. Not typically my favorite in the bigger size, but the Parmesan addition and consistency of the dough and cheese is so good.

Service: these guys were so sweet! Super helpful and kind. See, Sao Paolo folks can be nice too

Atmosphere: colorful, vibrant. There’s space for a group of people to stop. Plenty TVs for brasilian futebol. Was a lot smaller than expected tho!

Muito obrigado a vcs!

Although this is popular, it’s pretty slow. From order to finish eating (just myself) took about 40 mins. Maybe 30 mintues for the sandwich, burger, & coffee (although, I was asked if I wanted the coffee first or all together)…

The caprese sandwich ($9.99) was good. I just wish it was a little warmer/hotter (personal preference). The churrasco burger ($7.99) bun was regular size, but the patty itself was much smaller. That being said, it was quite good. If it was half its size larger and cost $9.99, that would be great. If I could get a double that would be great.

Tried a Café Con Leche (s – $3.20) for the first time. It was alright.

Quaint market and deli with welcoming service. I’ve had a few things off their menu and my 1 compalint is they should always serve the cheese bread fresh
Mine tasted like it had been sitting under a lamp. But, that’s not a deal breaker for me. I will go back for new tries,.and also get some repeats like their mortadella sandwich and the pichaña lunch special.

Corner cafe and market, off Shepard Road, close to Mississippi River Upper Landing Park, walking and biking. Indoor and outdoor patio seating, nice atmosphere. Brazilian staffed, owned, managed and cuisine. Tasty breakfast, lunch and coffee options.

Decided to stop here after seeing it on DoorDash, did not regret it. I had the Creamy Chicken Sandwich and it was very tasty and filling. The cheese bread was also very good, as well as the desserts. The cakes are flavorful and not overly sweet. While the chocolate truffle was good, the coconut truffle was the highlight of the desserts.

The atmosphere felt friendly and inviting as well, and was a cozy place to stop by.

Julio was our receptionist and was very cheerful and kind, definitely coming back to try out the rest of the menu!

Cozy spot near the waterfront. Very friendly staff and they even have a reading section for kids. I loved the chicken empanada, but I didn’t like the beef empanada very much, it needed more flavor and seasoning. I also enjoyed the lemonade and chocolate treats.

Update. I’ve visited a second time and 10/10!
I had a Sanduba de Pernil/Roasted Pork Sandwich, a coxinha, a chocolate croissant, a chocolate truffle (I think), and a passion fruit juice. All of it was amazing!!

A nice cozy spot nestled in St. Paul that is a little piece of Brazil. You can tell the owners and workers are passionate about their business. I set up in the corner next to the children’s play area and did some work on my laptop while I drank an expresso. I was waiting for my girlfriend to arrive before I ordered food, so in the meantime I just did some work and observed the surroundings. For a Sunday afternoon this place was packed, it went from myself being one of the only ppl there to completely full in a matter of 30 minutes. There were groups that just came and shopped at the little grocery section they had. But most ppl came and ordered food.

I wish they had some of the key lime pie they advertised on the menu, but seems it was not available at the time I was there. There are not many parking spots in front of the business so you have to park along the street, luckily it’s free parking.

I don’t remember the names of the food items we ordered but it was the cheeseburger and the popular pork sandwich. We also ordered 2 passion fruit juices and 1 beef, 1 cheese empanada.
The empanadas were really good, but compared to other countries I felt like they could have more seasonings and some veggies in the beef one.
The passion fruit juices is really tart just an FYI not sweet at all. Which was a shock at first but then I just told myself at least I know it’s fresh and not altered.
The sandwiches were both really good and surprisingly very light on the stomach.
Overall very glad I knocked this on off my list. Very tasty food and very very reasonable prices. They have everything you need to stay and study, read a book, catch a quick bite, catch up with a friend, or a casual date. Well worth a visit.

Great Brazilian market and small restaurant in Minneapolis area. We brought our family here on our last visit and had a great experience. Charles and Julio and Juan provided us with excellent customer service and made us feel at home. There is a good variety of Brazilian groceries and good choices of snack foods and if you have time try lunch plates too. Highly recommend “coxinhas”, the Brazilian chicken croquettes. Hope they have “hearts of palm” pastel and empadinhas in the future, as we will definitely visit again next time we are in Minneapolis/St Paul area.

As a Brazilian, this place is incredible. All the foods taste just like anything I had down there — nothing I’ve tried yet has disappointed. Service can be a little slow but, honestly, that’s the Brazilian way. Sit, relax, sip your cafezinho.

Not sure what to get? The must-try items are: pão de queijo, empanadas, coxinhas, pernil sandwich, creamy pulled chicken sandwich, mortadella sandwich.
