I avoided Arby’s for a long time because several years ago I got food poisoning from there (not this particular store I went to this time) Coupled with the fact they had gotten rid of the potato cakes, I didn’t have a desire to eat Arby’s, but we needed a quick stop for food and I wanted something different. The beef and cheddar is decent like I remember and Arby’s sauce make it better. They brought the potato cakes back (yay!) and to it off with a jamocha shake. It wasn’t too bad.

Our stop started out frustrating as we waited 15 plus minutes for our order which was only for two people. However, it quickly turned around when we were meant with amazing customer service by Autumn. She was apologetic, kind, and wanted to make sure our visit was positive. Truly a fantastic team member!

Went in to their bathroom first. It was dirty looking. The restaurant wasn’t very clean itself, nocustomers were in there and it was around Noon. Had customers at drive thru. I stood there waiting for almost 10 minutes without anyone taking my order. The THREE women that were there all took care of drive through customers.

My food (Greek Gyro) was hot and fresh. The lady taking my oder in the Drive up had a smile in her voice. The server at the window was cheerful and upbeat. All around very pleasant experience. Way to go Arby’s Waterloo Illinois. The owners and management should be proud of their team.

I go here quite a bit, but lately there is a female drive through attendant that just seems like she hates her job and anyone that comes up to the drive thru. She needs to be let go or moved.

We stopped in for lunch. I ordered a Roast beef and cheddar. The sandwich had so much cheese it was un edible. Service was good. But this is the second time I have recieved a less than good sandwich. Sorry.
