Villa Italian Kitchen was founded with one store, one family, and one concept in 1964 when our founder, Michele “Michael” Scotto brought his authentic old-world recipes from Naples, Italy to New York City. Michele’s commitment to hospitality, quality ingredients (like homemade dough, 100% whole milk mozzarella and fresh sauce), and the strict loyalty to his now famous recipes, built the business. From that first Villa Pizza that opened in 1964, next to the CBS/Ed Sullivan Theater on Broadway, to nearly 300 Villa Italian Kitchen restaurants later, our commitment to quality and genuine hospitality remains the basis of our foundation.
Counter-serve pizza chain with traditional pies & slices, plus pasta & other Italian staples.

Employee yelled at my partner for a simple mistake with their confusing credit card system. Other employees were extremely rude. Literally eat anything else in the mall—don’t pay $5 for one slice of pizza to be treated sub-human by poorly trained employees.

I would have given 0 stars, but that option is not available. We went to the Villa Italian Kitchen at Columbiana Mall for lunch today. I had a LocalFlavor Certificate, that although the promo value ($20) had expired, the Paid Value ($10) was valid until 12/24/2022. I ordered 2 combo meals and an extra slice of pizza. When I presented the Certificate at checkout, the employee informed me that she could not accept it. I asked, as the Paid Value was valid, she replied, “the manager told her not to”. I was not happy, so I left the 2 trays full of food right there and left the mall and went to Fazoli’s, which appreciates customers. I do not recommend this business, as I was treated very badly (rude) and will inform other friends and family about our experience.

trash. pizza looks and tastes like cardboard with sauce. wait my bad. i didn’t even taste the sauce. pizza slice thin doesn’t matter how you cut it. pizzas greasier than a teenage boy’s pores. you should be shut down immediately!! owner also gives generic responses to everyone. thanks :))

Service was awful, we were one of the first people there and the employee that had a name tag by the name of Diamond Ian had THE worst attitude i don’t know what she was going through but there was zero reason to treat any customers with that much attitude so early in the day. The food was fine but the customer service was a -10.

WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. Employee was very rude and food was not satisfying. Spaghetti was watery and had something that looked like a bug mixed into it.

They stop cooking everything at 8:00. Get there early or you’ll be stuck with some noodles and whatever few slices of pizza they have left from earlier in the night. Just go eat before you go to the mall actually.

The owner of this restaurant Mr Vinesette is the most respectful and best manager I have ever met. The food is delicious and I recommend this restaurant to all my friends.
