Love this place, the food is 5 star quality at a great price. The staff treat us like family with great service that is above great. The environment is peaceful and its a great place to bring a date, family or come after work for a great steak with a old fashion bottled soda or a ice cold beer. Highly recommend the bone in porkchops .

Location is in a small parking center with ample parking. The place is a mix between a meat store and a restaurant. I didn’t order any cuts of meat, but they looked to be reasonably priced and quality.
They had some TVs going on playing the playoff games, with some families inside enjoying their sunday afternoon. Seems like a quaint location to just have a pleasant meal.
Ordered take out, and got the Prime Rib Sandwich, Small Order of Steak Fries, and Mac Salad. The Prime RIb Sandwich offered an okay amount of meat, but it was fatty and flavorful. The Mild BBQ sauce paired fairly well with the sandwich. Star of the meal is the steak fries. Well seasoned, well cooked. The mac salad is mac salad: creamy. Would come back to try some of the other meals.

Went here for lunch and ordered the sampler plate ribs and tri-tip paid $22 for cold food. The ribs would’ve been great if they were served hot the tri-tip had a funky taste. The only thing I can say that was actually pretty good was the red potato salad. This place has gone downhill.

Bacon burger was good and would come back for that but the pulled pork sandwich was not worth $10 . It was small and not enough meat. It was like the elementary pull pork sandwich from school. I should have gave it back and got my money back. Onion rings were good. Fries were pretty basic. Service was a little slow for only having two other people already eating in there when I got there.

Rack of Pork Ribs comes cut so each rib is separate. Cooked and smoked perfect to be tender and juicy and fall off the bone. Pulled Pork Sandwich is served when you take it out all separate so that the bun doesn’t get soggy. Pulled Pork is tender and juicy and smoked perfect bbq sauce is sweet with a little tang. Really nice selection of meats and sausage that you can either cook at home or they will cook it for you on the spot. Service is wonderful and staff is very friendly. I definitely will be back.

Usually come in for a snack, but decided to grab some steaks for dinner. Same as in the past, they were nice pieces of steak and cooked up real good. Fired up the Ooni pizza oven for these. Cranked the heat up to around 900° and had these finished in maybe 5 minutes or so. Was a little afraid because (as any good steak is) these weren’t cheap, but they turned out so good. My wife brought it up a few days later, that doesn’t happen often!!
The cooking method was definitely a part of the good meal, but without a great cut of meat, that wouldn’t happen
The person helping me hooked me up as I didn’t have a great plan when I walked in, he asked a few questions and showed a couple different cuts that he thought would work.

I LOVE Orchard! Their onion rings are the best around and a must try! Their burgers, kabobs, pulled pork and pork chops are family favorites on repeat. Their staff is friendly and if you’re going to the meat market side, they’re very knowledgeable. Keep in mind the restaurant and butcher shop are in the same space, so it’s not fancy, but has a friendly vibe. It’s on the rotation for family meals and casual date night.

This place is actually a butchers shop with a deli like grill. They have a lot of good cuts. They carry wagyu. I bought thier 3lb tomahawk wagyu for around $50. It was a great tasting meat. You can buy your steak here and have them grill it up for you. They make really good deli sandwiches. They carry bores head. It’s a pretty cool place. The meats are a little more expensive than your local supermarket but if your looking for wagyu in the Whittier area, this is a good choice.
