picked up some food at 10:30pm and was greeted by an awesome employee Selena. she was very upbeat and had amazing customer service. She had asked me to park and let me know that they were cooking fresh food to make sure the quality was up to par. it was not a long wait at all and Selena herself brought me out my food, hot and fresh. This is now my favorite Wendy’s to come to, after this experience.

This wendy is worst of them all. It’s February 7th 6:00 and they got my meal wrong I ask for 2 chicken strips meals and they charged me for 3 and I paid 38 dollars and they refunded 12 back but I had this problem at the Wendy’s on 14 and never got my money back. They need to train they people go check the camera I asked the lady that brought my food out what can I do if I don’t get my money she said I would have to talk to the manger if I don’t get my money y’all getting sued I know alot of important people so try me. They in there laughing like it’s funny because it’s not they money I got the refund receipt and everything. Stop playing these bullshit games

I ordered on the mobile app I am leaving a review from my husband‘s account because I’m really that pissed off. I ordered it on the mobile app for drive-through pick up like I usually do because I am pregnant and huge. I just wanna go ahead and get food at the window and go on about my day. Not only do I get to the drive-through And I’m told to come inside to pick up my order even though it instruct me to go through the drive-through per their GM, I go walk around on the Sidewalk and doors are locked. So I go wobble my big self back and get back in my car, And go through the drive-through again just to find out that the entrance is in the middle of the drive-through and even though my app says pick up in drive through their GM said it doesn’t matter they can’t hand me my order through the window, which is CRAZY bcuz I am not Uber eats or doordyas I’m a mobile app paying customer instructed to go pick up at the drive thru window. So now I gotta wait for the car in front of me to get out of my way so I can go again and wobble through the middle of the drive-through and not get ran over to go inside and get my order. Walk up to the counter I’m not there fixing food. They don’t say maam hold on. They don’t say I’ll be right with you. They were just talking to each other and working. So I go and start checking our orders to find out which one is mine and find out that one of them is mine and there’s only one drink when I ordered four meals. I let them know. I’m missing three drinks and strawberry lemonade is ready. I have to make the other three drinks from my order that should’ve been made. I Go ahead to the drink area, make my drinks and have ants crawling all around my cups and then as I’m on my way out I get a drink carrier and leave. I’m annoyed bcuz I just got back from church standing n singing n clapping n my pregnant self is tired and I have to play ring around the Wendy’s to find the entrance with dry customer service. And I’m writing to corporate bcuz after working two hospitality jobs, there’s no way this service is good and then didn’t even have all my silverware for my bbq nuggets. I’m really annoyed as I love Wendy’s but I’m definitely going to let corporate know they have some kitchen and service issues that need to be explored.

Where do I begin. I go threw drive-thru to place an order, first off the person over the intercom sounded like they didn’t want to be there and kept cutting me off. Secondly when I pull up to the window none moved and just stared threw window then another worker came to take payment, mind you no one is happy. I get my food I ordered 3 meals the burgers tasted and looked like been under the warmer for hours and fries were not fresh. Between the Service and Food it will be a while before I go back to this Wendy’s. My thing is if you don’t want to work just stay home because your Attitude shows in You, the Customer Service and Food.

went through the drive thru & they got my order wrong, went back & not only did they get my order wrong AGAIN, there was eggshells in my food. I go in to get it corrected for the third time & they tell me to come back tomorrow because breakfast ended at 10:30 (mind you it’s 10:32). there’s a specific male worker that has such a crazy rude attitude. but I would have an attitude if I looked like that as well. anyways, I go back the next day for them to be extremely rude & unprofessional. like I’m the person in the wrong? I went through the drive thru 4 times for 1 order! & i took time out of my morning to come back to an establishment. these Wendy’s employees need to remember that I don’t get paid by the hour to wait around on them to get their stuff together. but they’re getting paid by the hour to get my order wrong, repeatedly at that. I’ll be going to twitter & calling corporate over this type of behavior / treatment. I have never in my life felt the need to write a review like this about any place. this is shameful Wendy’s. do better! & to everyone reading this, DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME AT THIS ESTABLISHMENT.

I was passing through town and decided to stop at this particular Wendy’s location…That was a BIG MISTAKE….1st of all the restaurant didn’t have any customers in the lobby…Only a couple of vehicles were in the drive through…The food was COLD….The drinks from the machine was very flat also…There was a big spill on the lobby floor and NOT ONE of the employees seemed to care…I ordered 2 of the Biggie Bags…One with the Chicken Sandwich and the other with the Junior bacon cheeseburger…I lost my appetite after tasting the quality of the food…I needed to eat something and the only thing worth trying to eat was the nuggets and the burger…I threw one of the order of fries away by mistake…Why complain when all the reviews that I have seen for this restaurant after I left was HORRIBLE…Never AGAIN visit this restaurant…
