We ordered the pulled pork. It was absolutely delicious. I will definitely order again! Best pulled pork I’ve ever had

The pulled pork, ribs, and haluski were excellent!! My kids loved the Mac n cheese and potatoes. Portions enough to two dinners for a family of four. We will definitely order from the Flame again!!

Just had a 40 year Reunion on Saturday 5/25/24 with Marines from around the country, I was very disappointed with the food it was very dry pulled pork, shredded beef, and especially the ribs very very dry and tough, never had bbq food before that the food wasn’t cooked with bbq sauce I was handed a bottle of sauce to put it on myself, the cheesy potatoes were very bland and no taste. I felt the owner is very unprofessional he wanted to stay at our private party and socialize with our guess, yes it’s nice to say hello and speak to out of towners, but when you return after you have left is very unprofessional to where he had to be asked to leave when we went to eat he was hanging out drinking out alcohol and eating our hors d’oeuvres. I will never recommend this place to anyone.

I buy Flame items over the summer at the Ross Twp. Farmer’s Market. Louie’s sausage has become my favorite, and the onions and peppers in the sausage makes a huge difference. They are fantastic.
Other items are great, but the halushki sneaks up on you: so comforting and good. Ribs and brisket are excellent.
I wish the Smoke Restaurant were closer to get the Nickel Slecial: Pulled Pork Sandwich and Hakusho for $5.is agreat deal.

My wife and I loved the food here, spare ribs, and pulled pork were some of best we have ever eaten.
Homemade BBQ sauce was great This was the Flame located on Babcock Blvd. and I can attest they do a heck of a catering business also. It seems the other Flame[Cranberry] is inconsistent in their product.

We ordered the pulled pork, brisket, mac and cheese, and some salad fo a small wedding reception I was hosting in my home. We picked up our order on time and everything we ordered was correct down to the serving utensils. The food was nice and hot when we opened it and it was delicious! My guests loved it. They don’t skimp on the bbq sauce or dressings for the salad. We would definitely order food again for our next party!

The gentleman there was very nice and suggestive of the food, I ordered the ribs and brisket with the mac and cheese and greens. The ribs themselves felt reheated and tough but we’re still decent with the hot sauce bbq, the brisket was paper thing and looked like lunch meat, the greens were definitely canned greens which in my opinion are a disgrace, the mac and cheese was very basic, not the kind you would expect as if you were at your uncles cook outs… My girlfriend ordered the chicken leg which was reheated and dry along with the potato salad which tasted like pure mayo…. COME ON PEOPLE, IS THERE ANY GOOD BBQ ANYMORE IN THE BURGH?

The ribs were dry and tough. They were incredibly fatty and full of cartilage. The pulled chicken was inedible. The macaroni salad had entirely too much dill in it and the macaroni and cheese was tasteless. I wish that I had saved my $12 and spent it on something much tastier.

Placed a catering order, pulled pork and chicken were extremely soggy. Pasta salad was JUST okay and the mac & cheese wasn’t bad. I chose my words very carefully…. it left a lot to be desired

I’ve had the pulled pork sandwiches at the Ross twp fair before. They were awesome. Unfortunately every time I pass by the Babcock location and think to stop for one you guys are closed. Open sign in the window but nobody is home. Did you go out of business?
