First time visiting this establishment after 22 years of driving by and thinking to myself, “man I need stop in there sometime”. And man, do I wish I would’ve stopped years ago. Such a great little bar with great service! Everyone is nice and friendly and the food I had was fantastic! I’ll be making it a point to frequent the Roadside Cafe more often! Looking forward to trying other great things that were listed on the menu! Bartender Nick was training and he did a fine job!

The food and service might be great, and I would have tried it by now IF I didn’t have to deal with cigarette smoke! I wonder if they realize that they could have a lot more business if they didn’t scare away the majority of potential customers that don’t smoke!

First time here. Menu looked fabulous. SNOOTIEST, most unfriendly people, EVER! And the place was filthy- the tables, even after being cleaned, the floor. We didn’t stay to order. Really disappointed. We are in this area often. Wanted to like this place.

We started with the Salted Pub pretzels. They were crisp on the outside and just overall delicious. I had the Roadside burger with an egg, toasted bread, Swiss and American cheese. 10 out 10 will definitely go back. This is a smoking restaurant and only open to patrons over the age of 21.

JOHN MELLENCAMP sings about places like this peppered all over Indiana . This is a Great biker stop. Great food and good drinks with that Indiana atmosphere to tie it altogether. A great little place, nothing fancy and if you don’t like a smoky bar you may not like it but the food and service were both excellent. Ribeye was as good as any at a high dollar place and the coleslaw was spot on as well.

Basic rural roadside diner. Pollock and tots were good. Service was slow, had to flag down for menu, to order, and to pay. Wasn’t busy. Apple pie was not good, doughy crust. Tasted like it been in fridge for a while. Not very clean place, dust, grim evident in most places. Condiment bottles not cleaned in awhile. Staff and customers not participating in many covid procedures if that’s something you looking for.

For a small town roadside diner/ bar this place is great. Food delicious, drinks strong, prices cheap. Ribeye is tender with lots of flavor, mushroom swiss burger is one of the best I’ve had. Right off of SR 32, just west of Westfield. Very friendly and accommodating staff.

Small town but great food … keep your eyes open or you’ll miss it .. Linda and Megan make the place feel comfortable.. I’ll def be back.. easy spot to pull the semi over and eat.. daily specials on food.
