Just got the worst pho I’ve ever had. Been to their other locations and it is vastly better. Ordered take out, very little cilantro,(like seriously 2 leaves) very little onion, not sliced thinly like usual either, and zero basil provided. I would say its worth the extra miles to go to their other locations this one obviously doesn’t have it together. Very disappointing.

I have never experienced something like this We sat down and it was empty, and were ignored then finally tried to order and the employee was getting really irritated with us as I tried to order what I thought was pretty clearly from the menu. Its not a difficult system. He kept trying to get me to order chicken when i didn’t want that then said he didn’t have veggie pho then he kicked us out. What is going on guys

We came to this location first time. Ordered vegetarian pho and beef pho. The veggies pho was not too bad and broth was hot but the beef both was not hot enough and not much taste at all. Not sure if they forgot to add salt or they just added more water in the broth. I guess they stopped giving cream puff anymore. Probably will try other pho place next time.

Just no…beef broth was dark and not hot enough. The beef tasted gamey and felt thick and chewy because the broth was not hot enough. There were no basil and they just put 2 slices of jalapeno and 2 slices of lime with the bean sprouts and 1 tiny hoison packet and one tiny chili sauce packet in the to go. I did not enjoy and half went to waste. $17 plus nowhere free to park nearby just to pick up.

The pho here is pretty good. The broth is bit sweet like southern style so people from the north of Vietnam might not like it. I ordered the pho with brisket, steak and meat ball. The meat is very tender since they sliced them so thin. I wish the meatball not to be cut so thin though, I couldn’t taste the texture much.
I like their open kitchen which allows customers to see what they are working on.
The place looks small but there’s plenty of seats, good for both group and for individual.
The service is good, fast and efficient.
Overall a good place to have pho.

One man running the whole shop on a Monday night. The orders came pretty quick and the pho was great as per usual. The prices are cheap and I’d recommend 14 Medium.

Rude personnel, unclear policy.
Walked it at 3:30pm on Saturday, the signs outside said OPEN and per google maps they were open till 8pm that day.
The cashier started waiving at me aggressively saying “not open go home”, but there were three or four tables occupied by patrons. So I asked what was going on, but they only kept waving hands at me, which was weird, and I left after failing to get any explanation.

Awesome pho place that has locations all over Seattle. The food is good but it gets a bit messy at busy times. Not sure if they were short staffed but there were messy tables all over and the staff couldn’t keep up. They would do well to have customers bus their own tables. Cream puffs are always a bonus here as well. Reasonable prices as well.
