Best Chinese food in the Union (and as far as I’m concerned, New Jersey) area!! It brings me back to happy childhood memories, specifically the Chinese food my parents used to buy for me from Chinatown in NY. I love their Black Pepper Chicken and my wife is obsessed with their Thai Curry Noodle with beef. Their roast pork fried rice, egg roll, and general tso chicken are also delicious. But their homemade iced tea might be the best part. The prices are perfect and the portions are always very generous. The people who work here are also incredibly friendly. I’m looking forward to trying more things from their menu — they have a regular customer now!

Get you three shrimp egg rolls fried crispy (well done) and a side of their homemade in-house duck sauce. Oh my goodness! Oh and wash it down with one of their in-house iced teas in the cooler. That’s all you need. You don’t need nothing else. You’ll probably be stuffed with two rolls. But for the sake of having an extra roll handy in the event some greedy family member want some. The point is it’s good and their service is good

First of all, their customer service is amazing. They’re so kind & welcoming! Very humble, genuine folks.
Second, the food. DELICIOUS. Always fresh & good portions for the price. I love that they have good variety in their menu. We had the fried dumplings 10/10. We also had crab rangoons, amazing filling. White rice & black pepper chicken, our favorite so far! Their eggrolls are good too. I definitely recommend this spot.

Trio has been opened for about 4 months now, The quality of the food is very good. Talked with the chef who was very nice and helpful with making selections on different dishes and how spicy he can make them, or not. My wife and I shared the Moo shu Pork and my son had the Chicken lo mein. Excellent dishes with so much flavor and the portions are very generous. My wife and I were completely satisfied with sharing the one dish. We will definitely be trying out some other menu items as well in the near future. We highly recommend this new found gem. I’m interested in checking out the Pad Thai, fried rice and some of the other noodle dishes real soon.

I was looking for a good spot to get Chinese food, after a not so great experience elsewhere in the area. Stuck to the basics and ordered Sesame chicken, egg roll, and egg drop soup and was pleasantly suprised. From other places I’d order sesame chicken and it felt heavy with so much sauce. The chicken here was great quality wise, and everything I ordered was spot on. I want to add that the staff was very friendly. I’ll definitely be coming back soon.

My husband and I moved from Brooklyn and have been trying to find comparable American Chinese food. Surprisingly, even with the number of spots, it’s been very hard to find in this area of NJ. However, we tried Trio Taste for the first time 2 weeks ago and we were satisfied. Listen, it’s not groundbreaking cuisine but it tastes fresh, as expected, and does the job. Also, they don’t charge Michelin menu prices for regular Chinese takeout lol. We will be back, thanks!

This restaurant not only has wonderful staff. Friendly and attentive. They’re accuracy when taking and doing orders is impeccable. The quality of the food and the price is just great. I thank the owners for their kindness and willing to take any feedback to better their business. I respect that. I am a forever customer. Thank you to both owners for great food!! Their bobba teas are cheap and yummy.

Third time ordering here, and it never disappoints! The Black Pepper Chicken is crispy and flavorful, the Sesame Chicken is delicious, and the Bang Bang Shrimp is amazing. I’ll definitely keep coming back!
