We typically order delivery or take out from here and it is hit or miss. Sometimes the bread is clearly stale and they should have realized that and not used it and some employees seem to be REALLY heavy handed with the condiments (I don’t want mayo dripping out of my sandwich when i chose EZ). They have a chance to up their quality before its too late. Be accountable for your work.

Friendly staff, always. I got a sandwich I didn’t order for delivery and they offered to fixed the mistake, refund or deliver what I ordered. You can’t ask for more. We’re all human, but customer service seems a thing of the past. This store is great!

This store is the worst. The service is slow. Sandwiches are almost always wrong. Ordered a tuna with no cheese, add mayo, mustard, onion, extra pickles. Got a sandwich eith half the sandwich missing tuna, cheese on there, no mustard, 1 onion sliver that was wilted and slimy. They other two wraps were okay. $58 for 3 sandwiches is ridiculous. NEVER AGAIN!

First Jimmy John’s that I visit and they have trash bags right in front of the entrance dining area. I’d say that’s pretty disgusting, considering if I don’t know if it was todays trash or trash from the bathroom! There’s also a video on @midnighttaco18 tiktok. You’ll see it up close.

Love going here for a quick lunch! Staff is amazing and friendly. The place is always clean the wait never long and the sandwiches are amazing. The bread is always fresh. I usually get the veggie sandwich with cheese it’s delicious I have had their meat sandwiches before and the meat sandwiches are also so tasty wayyy better then subway

I’ve always been a big fan of Jimmy John’s. But I went in yesterday and it took them 16 minutes to make a sandwich watched some lazy employee fill the cup dispenser instead of make me a sandwich. Today I tried to place an order and they called to say they were “cooling down” the toaster so that is textbook bad customer service I’ll never go back.
