Been here a few times and the service and food have always been great. There are other spots close by that also offer sushi, but this is still a favorite. The atmosphere is great, especially later in the evening when the sun goes down and you can appreciate the entire vibe of the place. The rolls are huge and well put together, and the ramen bowls I’ve had have all been great also. This place is worth stopping at and trying out. Nothing bad to say at all.

We had such a fantastic experience at Rock N Roll Sushi in Owensboro! Aiden was absolutely amazing — super friendly, knowledgeable about the menu, and just an all-around great server. He made us feel welcome from the start and even shared lots of laughs with us and our kiddo, which made the night extra special.
The food was delicious, but the service definitely ROCKED! Aiden truly made our visit memorable!

Food was cooked fresh. The Filet Mignon was tender and cooked to perfection.
Absolutely every employee was friendly and very welcoming.
There’s Rock & Roll playing on the monitors. But you could still talk and hear your conversations with no problem.
Everything was delicious n great portions. Definitely with the price!!

I don’t understand how this place is not a constant party. The atmosphere…”Rocks” More people should know about this place. The sushi is great, soup, salads, hibachi, and desserts, all fabulous!
They understand and catered to my needs of having a service animal as well as catering to my girlfriend’s Alpha Gal (allergy to red meat). They made sure to have kitchen staff change gloves and be cognizant of cross contamination while preparing her food. A++! 5 stars!
Not to mention, you can keep the cups they give you for your beverages!

Michelle was the absolute best server I’ve ever had while dining out! You guys have the best team! We came in 30 minutes before closing due to a pregnant women in our group really wanting sushi ! This has been the best experience we have had! The cooks did an amazing job the food was absolutely amazing! Everything was fresh and wonderful.

This was our first time visiting this restaurant and from the time we walked in the door our experience was AMAZING! This is one the coolest atmospheres in Owensboro. The staff was so nice and attentive! Definitely going to be coming back in the near future and recommending this place to everyone!!

The worst overall experience we’ve had dining out in a very long time. It’s a shame because the place has a ton of potential if it were properly managed. The food was good but pretty much everything else was bad. The service was horrible. We had a party of 5 and a child and our family all ate at different times because the food came out at different times for everyone. The last two meals that came out were cold and had to be sent back. The kitchen appeared to be well staffed so it has to be a management or training issue. They were also out of soup, tea and other drinks. The atmosphere is pretty cool but the lighting is a little “weird”. Definitely not worth the $170 we paid for 5 people and a baby. I don’t anticipate going back. I honestly don’t expect them to be able to stay open if tonight (a Saturday night) is any indication of the norm.

And don’t forget to order you some of the wontons. They are some of the best that I have ever had. Yes they are different than a traditional wonton but that’s what makes them so good.
Michelle told me that they are a new sushi place in town and I asked why they hadn’t had a whole lot of business because this place should be booming!!!
