This is my first time ever trying America’s best wings so I decided to just get five whole wings and then come back and try other items.
The gentleman at the counter was very pleasant and kind.
The five wings I ordered were all dried out and overcooked.
These wings were so bad, I don’t think I want to try anything else on the menu.
It’s pretty disappointing considering I enjoy trying different dishes from as many food establishments I can try throughout Maryland, but I don’t think America’s best is worth a second try.
Those were some of the worst wings I’ve ever had. I completely wasted $11.
DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY. I don’t know if it’s just this store or if all the franchise stores prepare their food the same way but the wings at this location is not worth a penny of your money.

Horrible customer service, there was a man at the front register but he was on his phone and flat out ignored me. Everything is incredibly dusty you would think they would wipe things down every once in a while. They really must not like making money around here because when I went to the register to say I would like to buy something else I stood there and he ignored me again. Like he was annoyed at me wanting to buy something else. But what else can you expect. He was also annoyed that I asked what would come on the cheese stake, god forbid I ask a question. America’s Best Restaurant on Reistertown Road in the FallStaff Shopping Center next to the Save A Lot is the bomb! The best Franchise store in the Baltimore area by far, hands down! Their awesome friendly staff led by Manager Emily are amazing, they don’t greet you with a fake smile for most of their customers they greet you by name! They truely appreciate their customers, and they make it known!! Several establishments could learn a lot from the way they operate, and go about their daily business. saw me standing in the store for almost 45 minutes waiting for my food and said nothing to me. i finally asked where my food was after since i was not being attended to and was told they gave my food to somebody else. eventually got my food at 50 minutes after order was placed. no accommodation or anything. 0/5 experience

Just know, Wings or another fried food are the ONLY thing that’s good here. Sides are always soggy and gross. The cold slaw looks like snot. Why is it in this gross soup? Slaw should be crunchy and fresh. Do better.
