I was hesitant to go at first because of the older Google ratings, but it seems like there is a completely new team now. The portions were extremely generous and the food tasted fresh. Had a great experience overall.

So…. I just met the new Manager and she is rude. Lol! Every location I have ever been at in the past or even this location have served my crunchy tacos on top of a bed of rice. The woman got extremely argumentative. I got so overwhelmed that I told her to forget the tacos and just do the bowl. I told her I was done with her tone. I had left the house that day on my lunch break to give myself a break from stess-Instead, I left that place extremely overwhelmed, flustered, and shaking from the experience. The woman behind me turned to me and said she was even rude to her. I even felt like the second line girl felt uncomfortable but was trying to diffuse the situation with a peppy voice and a smile. Thank you. The employee looked visibly stressed. I wish I just got it to go, but that means I would have had to talk to that lady again and I didn’t want to deal with any more confrontation.
I don’t think this manager should be managing. Managers prior were nice. Hopefully they can keep the cheerful vibes like in the past.

I’ve been coming to this Chipotle for about a year now. And today / I could tell management or something must be different. The team here is a lot more professional and orderly. They did a great job with their customer service and the speed of getting the food together. And overall the restaurant was a lot more clean and tidy. Whoever’s in charge now. Definitely helped things turn around bringing it back to where it should be. I love Chipotle so much. Been eating at them for quite a few years now and it’s my number one for fast food!

My family got takeout from this chipotle today, the staff was nice, the restaurant looked clean and they were pretty quick at moving people down the line which is something not every chipotle has mastered. There was a small issue with our order, when I brought this to the restaurant’s attention, they took care of it right away and were very kind about it. I’m giving five stars because customer service is important, everyone makes mistakes from time to time, but this mistake was made right without any issues or pushback. I’m not sure who the manager of the store is, but you should be proud of your employees.

I came in today 12/30/25 and they had 1 guy on the line, and taking payments. I felt bad for him until he started to catch an attitude with the customers and then he had on gloves and proceeded to scratch in his ear and his nose and continued making food with the same gloves!! I was grateful another employee came to do my bowl because i was about to say something loudly for people to hear. By the time i got to the register he took his gloves off which made me a little bit more comfortable but if he was doing that WITH gloves i can only imagine how he is without it. He was wearing a septum earring and had a pony tail…only because im in the area i came here but never again

This Chipotle is horrible. Customer service is never good and my last two pickup orders were extremely delayed. Today’s order was not ready until 35 minutes after the scheduled pickup time. They also insisted I come inside and wait after I waited in the drive thru for 10 mins. They should not have a drive thru or take order ahead orders if they can’t do them correctly.

This is one of the over 3750 restaurants in the chain that is headquartered in Newport Beach, Ca. I have been to many of their locations in many different states. This one is located off the north side of US 54 just west of the Suncoast Parkway. There is not a lof of parking in front of the location. This was our first visit to this location but it is very similar in style, quality, and service to their other restaurants in that you order at one side of a line and follow your meal through the line to completion adding items that you want as you move down the line. They serve bowls and burritos with beans, rice, and meats. Their ingredients are fresh and I have always gotten a good meal. Normally I order and eat there but not this time. This time we actually ordered a large (5 boxes) of food for a party. The price was reasonable and it was prepared fresh. The staff was very friendly, the restaurant was clean and paying and picking up was very easy. The staff actually helped carry and put the food into the car. The food was very good and still hot and cold when we got it to our destination. The only downside was that this seems a popular hangout for teenagers when I visited for the pickup and they were not a quiet group. I would recommend this location to my fellow travelers looking for a good meal in the area.

Idk what the person in charge of this location is waiting for to hire more staff. As a long time Chipotle lover who’s lived in different states and cities, I can confidently say that this is the worst location I’ve ever been to. I moved to the area 3 years ago and this store has been declining by the day.
It’s sad seeing one person taking care of serving the food while running to the back to get more of whatever is missing, to then come back frustrated and with an attitude as if whatever mess they have going on is my fault.
and if you think that chipolane ordering is going to make things easy, it won’t!!! I’m writing this after waiting 15 min in line for them to to tell me it was going to be another 10 min and that I needed to go around to join the line of like 6 cars again or to go inside. And God forbid if you ask for a side of sour cream or a vinaigrette (that you can’t order on the app/website)!!!! They’ll act like it’s the biggest inconvenience and if it’s coming out of their pay check.

I’ve only used the Chipotlane, but am surprised to say the orders are always accurate. Customer service is mid, and the if you paid for larger portions, it will vary on who’s working that day. Otherwise always reliable.
