this is a pretty good AYCE sushi! it’s got a wide variety of rolls, nigiri, and non-sushi items. ordering any roll gives you an option for 3 pieces of sashimi each, and the sashimi options are also plentiful. everything was good, quality is as you’d expect for AYCE: good but nothing you haven’t had before. my only small complaint was that some of the pieces for the sashimi and nigiri weren’t sliced well, a bit too thin and falling apart, but still tasted great. overall a great spot for the area!

Just had an epic AYCE sushi feast at Sushi Edo! ✨
Started with miso soup, gyoza, crab Rangoon, and sashimi salad—so fresh and tasty. Sashimi? White tuna, yellowtail, salmon, squid, and eel… all melt-in-your-mouth perfection.
Rolled through Volcano, Angry Bird, Mermaid, Spider, Rainbow, and Edo Rolls—big, flavorful, and just the right balance of textures.
Finished with mango & green tea mochi + pudding. Light, sweet, and perfect.
Service was quick, friendly, and effortless. Seriously, if you love sushi, this place is a must-try!

Came here today with a friend of mine based off the reviews and I was IMPRESSED! From the initial warm welcome to the waitress explaining to us how the all you can eat works, she was so nice and had a great attitude!
The service was quick fast and delicious! The sushi was probably the best I’ve had in a long time; the quality, sauces, everything was excellent. I truly have nothing bad to say! Even the presentation was spot on! This place will definitely be my go to!

This place was great! All you can eat sushi. We were in for my kid’s birthday. Fun fact: if it is your birthday and you show your id you eat for free. We got four rolls, miso soup, ramen, fried banana and Oreos, lychee martini(was exquisite) I left here so stuffed. Great place for kids too. Free ice cream machine. I honestly can’t wait to go back.

The staff food and atmosphere are great! Came from a TikTok and was not disappointed! We had the two male waiters and they were so sweet and welcoming. Answered all our questions about food and beverage. The food is great and high quality. Fast service. Clean environment. Probably one of the best sushi places in NW suburbs

The AYCE dinner is delicious with a wide selection to choose from, from appetizers, creations from the sushi bar, and desserts. There are classic rolls, as well as some unique rolls to try here, like ones that include tangy & sweet mango!
My faves were the Godzilla (shrimp, surimi, cream cheese, and avocado, fried with a light crisp, tempura coating), and the Mamacita (yellowtail, avocado, asparagus inside, topped with tuna, cilantro, and ponzi sauce). The rice to filling ratios were good and not rice-heavy, though some of the pieces were almost too big to eat in one bite (they are packed!). Presentation of dishes when you get a bunch of rolls at once is lovely.
Dining there was a nice, comfortable experience. Though there’s a 2-hour dining limit when it gets busy, service was quick and attentive. Interestingly, there was a projection on the wall that played a lot of random videos, like nature footage of wild animals or eclectic visuals. Quirky! The Sakura tree was beautiful, though.
