Well if you want some REAL BBQ take a drive to Bells. Not only will you get the BEST BBQ in the area you will have the pleasure of meeting two of the most authentic people ever. Anthony puts so much love and devotion into his food and of course, behind ever good man stands a great woman and her name is Vanessa. Food is indescribably good but I will try; mouthwatering, amazing flavor, fall of the bone tender, delectably delightful explosion of flavor. Definitely worth the drive. The friendly folks at crooked letter bbq serve world class bbq at a very reasonable price! I got the chopped brisket nachos and chopped brisket loaded baked potato. The sauted onions added a really nice sweetness to compliment the fall apart brisket! The portions were generous, but I just couldn’t put my fork down!Just be warned, your tongue may knock your teeth out to get to the next bite!

I stopped in today to grab a quick bite to eat. Due to some dietary restrictions I have, I wasn’t able to sample all the delicious items they have but what I did get, a half pound of pulled pork, was absolutely delicious. No BBQ sauce needed for this pulled pork! It was soft and juicy all on its own.

we took a day trip and found ourselves in Sherman. after googling bbq near us we stopped and I am so glad we did! BBQ was a 10 but the owners were 100! enjoyed them so much! do NOT pass by without getting something there…do NOT sleep on the banana pudding either! we will make the drive again for the food and sweet conversation!
