close to 8 am, i asked for a chicken egg & cheese biscuit he looked for one pre packaged, i asked for hash rounds, he barely opened his mouth to say anything or acknowledge me, printed my receipt and handed it to me to get rung up by the other 7 eleven cashier, i get a drink come back he gives her the sandwich but not the hash rounds he forgot, i get to work and theres a single chicken strip on the rubbery dried out egg, the biscuit is also on the hard side cheese also dry and not melted $3.99, now what part of that is edible? i just appreciate when i spend money i get a decent product for said money and i didnt get good svc nor good food.

Ran into this place on accident. Customer service was good and it took a little bit of time but I’m assuming because everything was made fresh to order and there is only two people working and it was a little busy. Everything was cooked perfectly in the flavor was there. They leave salt and pepper out so you can add it to your own taste. I like the fact that they had a sitting area and charging stations. Also, the price was fair. I would recommend this for a quick bite to eat or I’m getting something for the fam on the go.

The food is good yet the service needs to work out some kinks. Take for example they are offering through advertise signs on the street and inside the store a chicken biscuit for $1.99. If you check out through the 7-Eleven cashier you do not get the discounted price. You’ve got to go to the roost cashier to get the discount. On top of that, the promotion is over even though signs are all over the place. Do they honor the advertise price? No, they do not. Then I suggest to them to take down the signs to avoid further confusion and leave the store. Then I come back the next day, and the signs are still advertised I try to purchase again, and still it’s the regular price. Very poor store visual management.
