I came in on 3/3/2026 around 12:45. I ordered the Italian trio protein pocket. The girl looked at me and said you can’t change anything on it, comes as it is. I said no problem, sounds good! So apparently she didn’t feel like making it. So it comes with salami, pepperoni, Black Forest ham, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomatoes and roasted garlic aioli. When I arrived back at work I got pepperoni, ham I think, some kind of cheese, dill pickles and honey mustard sauce. I was like wth? Yuck! It was awful! So she didn’t even know what came on it! please do better! I stop in a good bit and was quite surprised at the disaster of a food get up I received! The thin girl working is always friendly and helpful, the other girl not so much.

Lexi was awesome! I had a big ask, and she was very customer service focused, friendly, and very professional. I really appreciated Lexi’s help and will be sure to come back to the restaurant!
Karen was also very prompt and professional when I reached out to share feedback. Super impressed with their team!

We do the online order from this store frequently because it’s easy and close but dang y’all…. try and get it right sometimes! I always order heavy mayo and oil. I rarely get either. Im always prepared to rebuild my sub everytime. I guess I’m finally just done. Get it together and actually read the orders!!!

4 employees, just me as a customer… No greeting, nothing. After about 2 mins waiting to order, still no hello, be right with you, nothing. I turned around and left. 1 person was making a flatbread ( I guess for delivery as I was the only customer in store), 1 person was loading bread. The other 2 were having a non work related gossip session with the one making the flatbread. I will be going and talking to the owner in the morning. No excuse for completely ignoring a customer. None. Normally this place is pretty good about service, and usually have only 2 maybe 3 employees visibly in store. Maybe having 4 employees on shift on a slow Sunday was too distracting, I don’t know. I walked out and went to Spinx to get my food. Not as good, but at least they greet you when you walk in.

Generally, Subway is kind of a grab and go place so I don’t say much. But in this situation it was kind of gross. The person making the sandwiches repeatedly forgot to put items on one person sandwich in front of me when they asked for mustard and other condiments. They package the sandwich anyways regardless if the person asking multiple times. When I got to my food the person had neglected to change their gloves out and not only did they get mustard all over the computer screen. They also got it all over the bottom of my container. The person’s coworker also stated something to them to make sure that they changed their gloves in between customers. Generally not one to complain much, but I could see this being a big issue for somebody who may be allergic to certain condiments and what not.
Food still tasted okay.

It’s okay it’s one of those places that has a lot of younger folks, sometimes service is really great and sometimes not so much but overall not a bad spot to grab a sandwich.

If you like your orders blatantly wrong, and served with a extra large side of “I don’t care” from staff, then this is the perfect place for you.
Total incompetence.
Highlighted is ordered. Simple, easy instruction as their system prints it. Other is what was received……After a nice drive home…. Surprise!!!!. A piece of bread!!!! Literally. And when I return to store (30min has now passed) to tell her my sub is wrong, it’s literally a piece of bread and that’s all, her response is “Ummm no, it was toasted look at it (lots of attitude)”. I see her point, if I look past the 10 other ingredients that are missing… She’d be correct.
It’s one thing to make a mistake, it’s quite another to tell your customer you could care less about your own mistake and fix it. Wonder what else they don’t care about. Maybe it’s best we don’t know.
Hidden gem…. This was the FIRST of many mistakes. Turns out each of my 4 subs had extra and or missing toppings.

Thankfully I was looking at what was on my sub before I fed it to my daughter…because there was a huge clump of DIRT on my spinach. I thought it was an olive but when I squished it, it was 100% dirt. I guess they don’t wash their spinach.

This particular visit was just what I needed after driving an hour. Whomever the young girl was who made my lunch/dinner, Bravo. Listened exactly to what I said- which meant going heavy on some ingredients. Too bad they closed all of them in laurens, could use her around here. Thanks team.
