I was so excited to try this place because my co-workers recommended it! Such a let down! First prices are not accurate. We calculated our order to be $20 and ended up paying $25. They forgot about giving us the fruit cup, hence why it is in it’s seperate picture. The fruit is room temperature!! Hope we don’t get sick. They do stop taking orders at 9:45pm.

Customer service is terrible, this was my to go place I would normally go 2-3 times a week. I had gone earlier today to get 3 raspas I payed the older looking witch lady “assistant manager “with a $50 bill didn’t notice at the time of leaving that she gave me the wrong change. I never have a problem and what I didn’t appreciate was that the lady was calling me a liar and that I never payed her, that she had asked me to go to next window so they could take my payment. LIES and for all the workers which were mostly young little girls to be laughing at me was so wrong. I was simply asking to have them check cameras and do their counting so they could see they were over. I could have waited for the next day for a resolution but they chose to call me a liar to my face and laugh at me. The owners did give me the money but at the moment was extremely upset with how she allowed her workers to treat me. Never again will I go to a place where they don’t appreciate their customers and literally laugh in your face and on top of that call you a liar!
From reading reviews it’s normal to be treated so badly! Stop giving your hard earned money to people who don’t appreciate your business!
*Just wanted to add I don’t normally like to do reviews just for anything, I usually do them when I’m extremely satisfied with a service or extremely disappointed.
* No kind of apology was given.
*No “there might have been a mistake “

She has gone to numerous raspa places and I accidentally ran into finding out about this place through a Google Map search. We will definitely be coming back to Nakolandia before we leave to go back home to Houston. She seems the food like “being in heaven!” A MUST GO TO!!
