I love 5 guys, i normally order inside and eat there, i used the app to order today. My 1st time using the app. Order was over $60 so lots of food. My order went in at 11:49am, i got to the store a little after noon, around 12:08 i think. I clicked the ‘im here’ button when i walked in and i heard someone behind the counter say ‘matt is here’. I sat down and waited for my food. The app said 10-15 minutes. What i didnt know was my burgers were done sitting on the counter the whole time. About 15min goes by so i walk up and say is my order done yet? Guy says the ‘im here’ button doesnt work all the time and proceeds to make my fries. I walked out with my food at 12:26 and the burger receipts shows 11:49 amd 11:59 so my burgers sat there for 25 fricken minutes aproximately. So if you are ordering on the app the ‘im here’ button 100% does not work, you MUST tell them you are there verbally when you walk in. Ignore the time it says in app, it also doenst update after order is done. Other than this event 5 guys has allways been a go to for food.

Their food is authentic and absolutely delicious. You can instantly tell it’s not your average fast food place.
While it can get really expensive, if you stick to a simple meal you can have a great, worthwhile dining experience. The burgers are the main product here and it’s immediately backed up by the care and flavor put into it. The cajun fries are positively addicting.
The service is nice. I’ve never had or heard of a negative experience with those workers involved. They’re polite, happy, and modest, and it is clear the way they act and speak.
The atmosphere holds such a refreshing classic vibe to it. There’s a lot to look at and read, from the posters on the walls to the awards and accolades. It’s well-lit as well. I’ve had a great time every visit.

I’m thankful there’s finally a Five Guys out this direction, but the service here is horrible. I was coming here about once a week since opening to treat my kids to some quality fries, and it’s gotten so bad in such a short time. The employees are dismissive. I ordered two large French fries, and they barely filled the cup, no topper on top of what’s in the cup. For almost $20, I was only able to fill three of those little trays that come with the peanuts. Nothing left over in the bag after I emptied the two cups. It was insulting and the smallest portion I’ve ever seen. I went to go to the counter to ask if the portion sizes changed, but apparently being on their phone while you’re on the prep line is more important. I didn’t realize that was okay now! This is twice now that I’ve seen workers touching their phones while they’re on the prep line. Not only is that gross, but it’s unprofessional. I’m not sure what changed and why this is happening, but it’s disappointing and people should know. Would love for this situation to be remedied, but I’m not sure that will happen. It’s a shame, because it’s good food otherwise.

I ordered 2 burgers. They were so screwed up you could not take them apart and rebuild. The buns were soggy. The bacon was overcooked. I ordered A1 on one of the burgers , they both had it. I ordered raw onions they both came with cooked. I ordered cheese on both only one had cheese. They also both had mayo. I did not want mayo. I wanted mustard and ketsup. They were both greasy. I was going to complain but I did not want a credit for new food. The burgers were GROSS !!! Jack in the box has better burgers and they are unsatisfactory at best. Eat here at your own RISK !!!

In August I received the wrong burger and was told I would get a refund on my credit card. I have called twice and wach time was told they would talk to the person and they had a few refunds to give. It’s now November 8th and I am still waiting on a refund. I would of been happy if they gave me a credit for another burger. I had never had Five Guys and don’t eat out much, and I thought I would try them and now this experience leavea me not wanting to go back.

When I order online and it says 6-11 minutes and I walk in at the 22 minute mark and I still dont have my food, thats unacceptable. Yes its an estimate but estimates are within a reasonable amount of time, but that’s almost quadruple the estimated time if it was a minimum of 6 min and at a max of 11 min, that’s double the time already and I haven’t even gotten my food yet !!!!!!! 6 Employees just standing around chit chatting while I continue to wait for my food. Wow!!! Bad management to train your employees to think that thats ok and bad on Five Guye for not putting the customer first in giving even anything near an accurate pick up time when ordering online. They are NOT busy, zero customers eating in and zero other customers waiting for their food, like I said, 6 employees standing around chit chatting. I got my food at exactly 27 min after I ordered…… when it said SIX to ELEVEN which is not even close.

Food is great. They are good at making it quick. The only reason for 4 stars is because I would love if they would bring back the “make it a meal” for $5 more. The value was certainly there with that but now it’s just an overpriced Cheeseburger. I will say though I been going to this 5 guys more than Wendy’s and McDonald’s and I feel I’m paying less. Although I get more food at Wendy’s or McDonald’s. However 5 guys taste better and is a better fill up.

Sorry, I hate to leave any bad reviews but I have to agree with atmosphere – I’m leaving here with a huge headache. Music is garbage and SO loud you can’t enjoy your lunch – and a $40 lunch should at least be enjoyable. This is the second time this has happened at this location, we won’t be back.

I’ve been to over a dozen different locations. We look forward to the Cajun fries and the huge portion it has always included. This location is stingy!! Barely even filled the cup with all the crappy fry crumbs we collected in the bag. Super soggy and just not the quality of every single other location
