Well, I had not had Papa Johns in about 6yrs. It was my fav yrs ago, if I had to buy pizza, normally I make my own dough and grow my toppings.
PJs recipe has changed. The dough is not nearly as light or bready as it used to be. It had a firm tough bottom crust and not sure between that and the sauce. The toppings are, probably, cost-efficiently applied. The sauce and cheese unremarkable. The garlic butter, sitting beside my hot pizza, was thick like cheese whiz… sumthin’s not right. Entertained that the ticket indicated the banana pepper was “a side”.
Was glad to have a hot meal the day after 6in snow, while moving… but PJ will not likely be my “ooh aah, special pizza from a store” choice any more…. or, give it another 6+ yrs.

Wouldn’t be so bad if they didn’t forget the sauces 3 times in the row, and that I had to cut my own pizza this last time. I appreciate you wanting to get my pizza to me fast but forgetting to sauce the wings for two types and not cutting my pizza??? Get your stuff together.

Nice team, it shows that they have good management, more than I can say for the fort Mitchell store closer to my house. It reminds me of the hospitality of Papa John’s years ago. Keep up the good work.

Papa John’s is the best pizza chain pizza in my opinion, and this location is no exception. The pizza was hot, refresh, and tasty. The people were easy to work with, and helped us get a deal. However, they sold us a $12 large single topping when their sign said two toppings for $10, so only 4 stars. We could have gone in and fixed it probably but we were too hungry.

I ordered the boneless wings and it just should say chicken nuggets, because that was about the size of it. And some of those chicken pieces were so small.I don’t know how they even counted them as being a boneless wing but the other order of wings were big so it kinda evened out. Pizza is pretty good. 3 meets tastes great crust. Needs to be cooked just a little longer. Driver was very courteous and even brought plates & napkins. A fork would have been nice. + I would have taken a picture of the wings but only showing the box with the big Pieces would not have been right. I should have taken a picture of both boxes. Therefore I only took the pizza picture. Have a nice day.

We use to eat here quite a bit but not anymore because now everytime it’s disappointing. This is supposed to be the tuscan six cheese. Not the first time it looks this bad either. It gets worse and worse each time at this store now. Most of the time this was our meal for the day and some left for later. Not anymore. I can’t believe how bad the food was made and actually sent out. It takes real lack of care and neglect to make something that bad for someone else to eat.

Dont go here, I got a pizza one night and this man/ woman whatever it was, was vaping in the store while making pizza. I called and told them about it and I know they seen it on camera. I drove by yesterday and it was still working there, if they allow them to blame who’s to say they even make them wash their hands smh.

I ordered from here alot. It was really good at first. I just got a pizza and bread sticks today. Spent 35 dollars. Tipped 5 dollars, and live literally 2 minutes away. It took the driver over 40 minutes from when I got a notification that they left the store. The pizza was soggy, luke warm, and barely cut. I was not impressed. What you see cut in the video is what I cut with a knife.
