I will not be ordering from passport pizza ever again! I didn’t even want to give it any stars, but I had to in order for my review to post. First, the bottom of one of my pizzas was wet. Second, I ordered ham on one of my pizzas and the next day the color of the ham was grey…DISGUSTING!!! From my knowledge when ham changes to grey, IT’S SPOILED! I did not call them and complain like I should have. I’m just not going to order from them anymore. They should be more careful when serving people and their children. My kids could’ve gotten sick if they ate it. Doesn’t make any sense!

Absolutely the most disgusting pizza I have eaten, and I have eaten old Dominoes that was better! Service is of the utmost negligence, they had a different location call us back to confuse us. Pepperoni was soggy and inedible. Their bread was half burnt. I definitely do NOT recommend this place to ANYBODY. Just go to Little Caesar’s.

The pizza was disgustingly greasy and gave me a stomach ache. The manager, Dave, was rude and he wrote in a $5 tip for himself on my order for carry out. I emailed them about this and the company refused to acknowledge this and defended their corrupt manager. Save yourself a headache and go to Little Caesars.

WORST PASSPORT PIZZA LOCATION EVER.
DO NOT GO THERE! TERRIBBBLLLE.
Terrible service, I asked my husband to go pick up a pizza i ordered and he accidentally went to the wrong pizza place so i called up and advised them that they gave us another persons order and that i would be returning it immediately. I drove back there and handed the manager the pizza and he asked me ” what do you want me to do i’m not giving you a refund” RUDELY slammed the pizza in the trash as i asked for my refund! He continued to tell me that he was going to get in trouble if he gave me my refund. I understand that my husband could have double checked our order but the manager did not do his job and ask for an order name. Then he proceeded to tell me that my husband said the order was for a “bre” WE DONT EVEN KNOW A BRE. He lied to my face and at that point i wasn’t leaving without my refund. I tried to be nice… I’m 3 months pregnant all i wanted was to get home and eat my dinner but this prick would not stop screaming at me. I hope he gets fired and this whole place gets shut down. There’s better locations and better pizza places with a little more respect towards their customers.

Its not all that bad pizza is good I never have to wait more then 10 minutes for my food. Its not Jets pizza and its not to be judged is such. I would rather eat this than the little caesers that’s across the street. Its mom and pop pizza don’t expect jets and Benito’s quality.

Terrible service I ordered the pizza and wings combo I asked for regular pepperoni not the old fashioned ones that cup up when cooked and bbq wings with ranch and I asked for an extra ranch and she said she would have to charge me extra for the 2nd one ok no problem. When it was delivered I had no ranch but 2 bbq sauces and the old fashioned pepperoni on the pizza. So I called to let them know the order was wrong not only did the lady lie and say I asked for old fashioned pepperoni and 2 bbq sauces but also argued with me about what I said so when I said I won’t order again from them she hung up on me NEVER AGAIN WILL THEY GET MY MONEY

Best pizza in the area hands down. The crust is light and soft, old fashioned pepperoni is spicy. They are open late and deliver late. Dave is awesome, very friendly and remembers you.

The pizza was terrible and I got over charged. I called management and they said I left a tip that I never left on a carryout order. Seriously go to any other pizza place, you’re just giving yourself a headache and stomach problems if you come here. ALSO GUYS it clearly says 5 on the receipt because the worker wrote it himself. I wouldn’t leave a tip and then wait on hold to dispute it; it honestly doesn’t make sense. If I didn’t want to tip, I wouldn’t tip. If I wanted to tip, I would just tip. I wouldn’t and didn’t leave a tip just to fight and say I didn’t leave a tip. Let’s use logic here. Someone WOULD though write a tip in for himself, and I would argue against it when I didn’t leave a tip but got charged for one. Interesting I’ve never had this issue at any other place where I actually have left tips. That’s probably because when I leave a tip, I leave a tip. I don’t cause ruckus afterwards. I did not leave a tip to Dave.

Horrible service the last 3 times I’ve ordered. The last time the pizza wasnt even cooked all the way. This will be the last time I order. They take forever to deliver and your food is soggy when you get it. I’ll stick with sorrentos.
