I ordered the chicken strips and when I took them out of the bag, they were odd colored and rock hard… the crunchy tacos seemed to be quite literally thrown together, and the wrappers had sour cream and other sauces all over them, but none of my items had any sour cream… the folks were nice, but the food was questionable.

A $7.00 grilled steak burrito was wet and gross. The receipt shows more filling, with an extreme amount of cheese, a little bit of rice, and two pieces of meat. I remembered the grilled steak burrito having other ingredients besides just that, and even the picture showed tomatoes, rice, lettuce, or whatever else is usually in a grilled burrito. When I brought it in, she said that’s the way they’re made now. I didn’t even eat it and had to throw it away. It was not what I ordered and wasn’t even grilled. I’m done with this place. The quality has dropped a hundred percent.

Whoever manages this particular location of Taco Bell clearly has no idea what inventory management or customer service is. Last night I went to order food and they were out of the seasoned beef and steak so everything on the menu except for chicken items was unavailable. This afternoon when I go back they do have seasoned beef but they’re out of large cups. The real beauty behind this is that the menu comes with a large drink on any menu item, however, when you order it today they only give you a medium drink but they don’t offset the cost so you’re paying for a large but receiving a medium and nobody knows what to do about that.
Everyone loves Taco Bell, it’s a staple in America, I would always be leery about ordering from this particular one. They’ll either not have the items you’re looking for, which is really common at this location, or they’ll overcharge you because of their inability to order sufficient stock.
I give This particular store one star because they’re continuously taking extra money from their customers due to their inability to manage their own inventory.

Is it just me, or is Taco Bell running on “Empty” lately?
I’m not sure who is handling the inventory orders, but the “Live Mas” lifestyle is getting a lot harder when the menu is 50% unavailable.
Checked in a few days ago and the list of missing items was longer than the actual menu. They were out of:
Large cups
Beef AND Chicken (How?!)
Hot and Mild sauce
…and several other basics.
It’s hard to keep an appetite when you have to cross-reference a “missing” list just to find something they can actually make. This isn’t a one-time fluke anymore; it’s becoming the norm.
Anyone else experiencing this at their local spot, or is mine just struggling? —

Went through the drive thru. First they forgot my fries. Went in and grabbed them. The lady was rude when I had to tell them I didn’t get my fries. Then got back in the car and realized I didn’t have the cheese sauce for my other fries. My gordita crunch wasn’t even melted and was cold. It also had hardly any meat on it. Not impressed

Ordered 2 of the new dippers and 2 soft supreme tacos with no tomatoes. They only gave me one taco. I asked for my other taco and they wanted my receipt. That’s fine so I gave them my receipt and they asked for my bag to see if my taco was in there as if I was lying. They threw my taco in there and when I opened it up I got 2 tacos with only a tiny bit of meat and a lot of lettuce, no cheese no sour cream. Very disappointed at this customer service. I was a manager at a Taco Bell for years and this is not how you treat customers.

Slowest “fast” food experience of my life. Waited at least 10 minutes for my food which was mediocre at best. They were out of lettuce, Pepsi, and Baja Blast. Multiple other drinks out of fountain were just water instead of what they were advertised as being. Was here many years ago passing through and they were out of stuff then too. Hope to never be in Elko and crave Taco Bell again.

Just went in to store to order lunch. The cleanliness of this establishment is deplorable, door windows are gross, floor is gross, soda machine is gross, when another customer asked for assistance using the kiosk, they pretty much ignored them. I will also add that it was lunch time and it wasn’t even busy. Don’t get me wrong, I will usually eat anything that isn’t nailed to the floor, but this place is bad. Hopefully they can get this place turned around. I won’t be returning to this establishment. And I will also inform as many people as I can about this deplorable establishment.
