Visited this location yesterday evening. It was packed. There must have been at least 20-25 people inside this tiny location. All waiting for their orders or to order.
There were 4 baristas which anyone in the store could tell was not enough.
These ladies did a phenomenal job maintaining a positive demeanor, professionalism, and ability to get folks’ orders out as quickly as possible.
Everyone working was doing everything possible given their lack of resources from Starbucks. They deserve to be recognized and hopefully Starbucks knows what amazing members of staff and how much the need these women at this location.
Thank you very much, I can’t imagine the adrenaline, stress, and anxiety these champions go though on a daily basis.
Also I tried to leave feedback with Starbucks but was unable to get a hold of an actual person or figure out where to do it as the website points back to itself.

Bless the baristas at this location. I came in this morning and accidentally spilled my entire fresh coffee all over the counter and floor. The staff was all so kind and re-assuring. I would have full on started to cry if it wasn’t for their kindness. They fixed me a new drink on the spot and still left me walking out with a smile. So much gratitude

This location, as every other location, is always crowded. I do love the snack options. I picked up these chickpea puffs that were Vegan Cheddar Cheese flavor and was actually pretty good. Pretty quick service.

Excellent view from in front of the Star Bucks at Short Pump Town Centre! I got a caramel frapp and loved it. The staff are wonderful. When asked what the sweetest thing they had was, the man who took my order pointed to his coworker. Adorable.

If someone comes in your store needing a cup of water for a medical emergency, please just allow them to have water…humanity is so much more important than policy. I don’t like to leave bad reviews as everyone has bad days, but something like this is worth a 1 star to bring attention to the matter, in hopes this would never happen again.

I waited for 25 minutes for a coffee!! One person standing at the register. One person working the drinks. There was ONE PERSON in here before me! Your staff need to learn teamwork. And the recipes. If you don’t know how to make drinks, you should not be working alone!!

Wonder and quick service. Line moved fast and drinks made quickly. The briatsa was nice and friendly. Normally a line inside but they move fast. Not much seating inside but plenty outside. Haven’t had an issue as of yet

An employee of yours denied a man in a medical emergency a cup of cold ice water. Her husband had stage 4 kidney failure and he was having an episode and he needed hydration immediately and your cashier very rudely and distastefully made the wife get at the back of the line because that’s the “rules” even though everyone else waiting in line was okay with it. Another customer actually returned her items and asked for a refund after seeing the interaction and the sheer lack compassion for your paying customers. Not to mention your business supports Israel and the entire trump administration. Extremely distasteful and I won’t be returning AND I will be spreading the word about this disgusting interraction.
