These were some amazing tacos, especially the Al Pastor! The selection of salsas and add ons was top notch. The pickled onions with habanero was mouth watering and the perfect level of spice.
I will say that minimum $2.50 feels like a lot for a small taco, but it was so delicious I find it hard to argue with.
Also the workers were super nice and helpful, allowing us to try their tongue meat before ordering.
It is right next to a main road, but they have a little tent that even had a heater so you don’t hear much.

I tried this food truck yesterday. I ordered 2 steak/chorizo tacos. My SO got 2 asada tacos. Was about $12 for 4 delicious Tacos! The service was friendly and very fast. The toppings bar was a plus since I could add as many toppings as I wanted! Salsa was delicious. I will be going again!!! And have already recommended it to friends!

I absolutely love Maroans Mexican Food in Payson! Every time I’m in town, I find myself coming here at least every other day—it’s that good. The food is always delicious, fresh, and truly authentic. I especially appreciate the salsa bar—it’s such a great touch and makes the experience even better. The service is always quick and friendly, and they make you feel taken care of. Definitely one of my favorite spots, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for amazing Mexican food in the area!

I was on my way to the post office and saw this food truck and thought I’d try it out. The ladies working there gave me great recommendations and were really nice! I ordered an asada, steak and chicken taco and I was so impressed, they LOAD THEM UP! They sure don’t skimp out on the meat and toppings. Flavor was really good and they even gave me a “gringo” taco to try since it was my first time and it was amazing.
And the Tacos are THE BEST PRICE I’ve seen. Mine were under $3 each! Whata steal. I’ll be back for more 🙂 thanks ladies!

Best Tacos that I have ever had! Great prices and the lady that is very nice! After we got done ordering our food she brought it out to our car so we didn’t have to stand outside in the cold. I would highly recommend to everyone!
