One of the worst k f c experiences. If you cannot serve quality food , close to closing time then you should just not serve food period. Nothing tasted it . I had someone go and get this no quality food while I was in the hospital. You could break a window with these nuggets in my bowl. Our food should have been trash not sold to any human being. No wedges and the fries were garbage.

Very disappointed with our experience. We placed a mobile order and were told to park on the side. We waited around 20 minutes while other customers who arrived after us received their food first. Mobile ordering should make things more convenient, not slower. Fries were cold and hard. No silverware. No napkins.

I hate to do this to my favorite chicken place but today’s service was unacceptable. The guy in the drive thru clearly hates his job . He was rude and handed my food so rudely , and shut the window without giving me my drink . I just order a very simple meal did not give the guy a reason to treat me like that and when I’m asking for my drink he does not acknowledge me at the window . When he finally approaches me with a mad face he gives me my drink with out being a full cup. I really hope customer service gets better as I’m not thinking of going back

I was told by the cashier I was going to wait for 13 mins for chicken! That i understand because it is Tuesday and people are ordering the 8 dollar special that means chicken is going fast! So I sat down and 5 mins passed by and Timothy (manager)called out the order so a lady stood up and walked over looking through the back she said the order is not mine so he looked through it and called out 8 piece special with mash potatoes biscuits large fries and a small cole slaw so i looked and he like it’s yours 2 people looked inside the lady and him with dirty gloves! Place was dirty tables dirty flies nobody swept trash coming out that’s nasty! I have been a faithful loyal customer for along time I have never seen it this bad! I told Timothy that i didn’t like the fact my food was touched he like nobody touched your food and he yelled in front of other customers bad bad management

KFC used to be a treat. The chicken that I picked up this evening doesn’t even resemble the chicken we used to get.

Any Hospitality at this restaurant is topped here and I just met with the manager who passed me my order and she was so kind and even gays out coupons I really appreciate her great service and the overall staff was wonderful!
