My son stopped here ordered 3 double stacks chicken sandwich & a chili it is 20 minutes to home opened bag picture is what we got for burgers picture of the burgers. My son called and was told he is lying and hung up.

I don’t do the bad reviews BUT I’m disappointed in Wendys. Seems like it’s just going down hill I went through the drive threw and not only waited way too long for the drive through but when I got home I started too eat and my meat was raw!!!! Seems like the manager and crew member his name was berry thought playing around was more important than making sure the meat was done all the way but it’s probably what they was laughing at I know this survey won’t really do anything but hurt the score on surveys so I’ll be calling corporate. I placed my order in the drive thru. There were only 2 cars in front of me. When I paid, the employee thrust my change at me with a “here”. I then waited for my drinks, which weren’t correct. Not once was I greeted, or told thank you. When I got home, we didn’t get our spicy nuggets, and my jr. bacon cheeseburger had neither bacon or cheese on it (I added my own cheese), and most of the food was cold. This is the worst fast food experience I’ve had in a very long time. Will not be back.

Update: New crew is a lot friendlier and helpful. Good move! Month before:Watched a customer wait for service while 3 employees played. Customer left, and employees celebrated that they caused him to give up and leave. Manager was part of it. It was on purpose, they have slow played another while I wrote this. Sad

Well staffed. Brand new store. They seemed well trained. Our food was hot and fresh. I’m so glad to have them in Glenpool! Good location easy parking. Also OUTDOOR seating!

Rudest employees I have ever seen threw my straws like a was a piece of trash in the drive through. All I heard from the employee was “what else, what else, what else, is that it, is that it?” My wife has allergic reactions to pickles and onions and when I asked them to take it off it the hamburger it was like I was a bother to them. Will never go back and one of the worst Wendy’s I have been to I would go to McDonalds than this place ever again

So, I really hate to be this person but here it goes…….I ordered a #7 big bacon classic meal, a 4 for 4, 4 piece nugget, and 3 frosty’s.
No big deal, went to the counter told them there was no bacon (which costs extra) not much but its the principle. They said they would remake it. I sit, all 3 of the kids got done, ready to go, still no burger remake. Go to leave, I just ask for a refund of the burger , oh, here is the burger remake, no refund, nothing.
The order was taken right made wrong not once but twice.
Didn’t open the burger till I got home which is about 20 minutes away.
I love Wendy’s, my kids love Wendy’s. But I will not spend my money somewhere that treats customers like this.
Slogan is Quality is our recipe. Maybe need to start thinking about another slogan.
This is a new store not open a month I don’t think. Was very disappointed.

I don’t recommend the place and will not be back, but hey if you do check your food, and even if it is wrong just go ahead and eat it because you will be waiting a while to get a remake.
Went back today for lunch spent 50 bucks for everyone to eat. Took the whole family. I don’t thinknthe service has changed at all from the 1st time we went. Will not be going back to the glenpool Wendy’s. Will go to others instead. Tulsa or Owasso.
