We only got a single 12 inch Gluten Free white pizza with added sausage carry out. Although I’m happy to see a gluten free option, they only offer a 12 inch size and it costed $26 plus tip. The amount of added sausage we got was very little. I know there’s an extra charge for gluten free and the sausage but for a simple 12 inch pizza I feel it was a bit expensive. A 12 inch wheat flour white pizza is $13+tax on their menu… thats quite the mark up for people with a gluten allergy…Had good taste though, very happy they at least offer gluten free and was speedy to come pick up. We will see in the future with different pizzas if we continue to come back

I am so excited to have gio’s pizza in town.
I am from Chicago, a foodie, I have worked in food service for more than half of my life, and I am often very confused about how often subpar food and service gets by around these parts and valley wide.
This place is awesome We tried them on their soft opening. We tried the buratta rigatoni pasta and the wings the wings were cooked perfectly the sauce is good and the pasta was delicious.
The service is awesome although they’re figuring out some kinks due to staffing and how busy they are off the bat. So if you’re not a jerk you’ll understand.
There’s actually an atmosphere in there which I did not experience with the previous business. It’s lively and exciting and not flat and drab.
I can tell the chef and staff are passionate It comes through in the taste and delivery of family service.
Today we tried the pizza it is Neapolitan style thin crust It was cooked perfectly. I’ve had Neapolitan style pizzas before that were both soggy and burned at the same time. This pizza was cooked so well crispy all the way through.
As a Chicago transplant to Colorado and super picky about pizza. This is obviously not Chicago style but it passes for sure as Neapolitan style It blows the establishment that was here before out of the water and even some establishments I’ve tried in bigger cities as far as Neapolitan style goes.
I got chicken tenders for my kid and she’s one of the pickiest kids that you will ever meet she loved them they were perfect It’s the kind of chicken tenders that kids love she also love the pepperoni pizza.
Once again I’m very excited to have this place in town. I plan to try everything on the menu. Thank you to the staff for being so friendly and accommodating. Highly recommend this joint.

Gio’s Pizzeria in Parachute is seriously good.
The cheese pizza was delicious with lots of melted cheese, great flavor, and a perfectly cooked crust. The white pizza was creamy and cheesy with just the right amount of chicken.
The cheesy garlic bread really stood out because you can taste the real, fresh garlic.
Simple, fresh, and full of flavor. Best pizza in town!! If you’re driving through, it’s definitely worth a stop!

Very dry. Could buy a frozen pizza for the same quality but cheaper. The first two times I bought from here the pizza was great. This one looks like it’s been sitting out on display. Very disappointing.

Gio’s Pizza in Parachute goes above and beyond! The pizza is absolutely delicious — with that perfect cheese stretch that every pizza lover dreams of. Their calzones are packed with flavor, and the salads are fresh, healthy, and still full of taste. But the real showstopper? The crab-stuffed mushrooms — easily one of their best signature dishes! If you haven’t tried Gio’s yet, you’re definitely missing out on one of the best spots in town!

Well….. I thought it was great to get a new pizzeria in town, being an authentic Italian, I called first asking if the cheese was all mozzarella and how was the dough made, they said hand tossed and made daily!! Awesome ! Being Italian myself, unfortunately not so good. We had ordered 2x since opening. First time ordered a pie half pepperoni/ half cheese ( got all pepperoni ) I let it go as well as calamari, it sucked, strips not rings! Awful!! 6 for 12$
But Saturday we order delivery at 4:19 pm, agreed to pay 5$ delivery charge and a 6$ tip, an hour later, nothing!! My grandchildren waiting for dinner, I called on the status they said they called my number back and said the person who had answered the phone said “we decided to do a pickup “ I told them that they called the wrong number because I don’t have a car!!! They said it was a male that they spoke to and said it was me! they sent the owner to deliver, after my food was sitting for more than an hour!! And I questioned the freashness and she said that it would fine because it was sitting on the pizza oven! I said really? After an hour? She said if I had a problem to bring it up to the owner! Ok. When she pulled up and brought me my food, I checked it out and was cold!! I explained my concern to her and the only answer I received was that she would no longer be offering local delivery!!!! While she stood in my front door, I shouted to my husband to turn on the oven to heat up our food we ordered! She had no response! And still charged me for our order!! No apology, no credit no nothing!! Will not be ordering again!! I give them at the most 6 months!!! Very disappointed ☹️

First time ordering take out on Friday. Everything was perfect, staff was friendly at ordering, pick up was easy and they were so nice. Food was amazing, supreme pizza and a Greek salad. Sorry no pics because I smashed it! Delish! Will be back.

Food was delicious! Caprese pesto pizza is amazing as well as the cheese bread sticks! For dessert we had the Italian cake with chocolate and strawberry drizzle that was to die for! Chefs kiss to the food and the service was great! Would recommend 10/10
