The service was very sub par. The worker was rude, even the manager that was present was a bit rude. And since when did they start serving large fries in a bag that looks like the small fries? Plus our food was cold, they took so long to get out to us… who can eat cold fries?! I definitely will not return.

Their food is never fresh. I realize this after going to the Waimānalo McDonalds and had cheeseburger. When it’s fresh their food isn’t too bad. But I always order fries with no salt cause I was tired of getting stale fries and burgers.

Front tables, half of the restaurant, were all dirty. Food ordered at kiosk, neither delicious nor on the way. While I was relaxed, the poorly motivated counter attendant could barely muster the strength to hand me my order after barking out my name.

A good clean McDonald’s. This is a recently renovated McDonald’s with good food. It is always a reliable fast food choice in Kailua. It is not as packed as the fast food at Kailua towne center. There also aren’t a lot if homeless at this McDonalds so it is pretty safe. Right next to the bus stop.

The one in town is so much better!
The Kiosk didn’t print a receipt, one of them was down,
the lady who brought out my food practically yelled at me “where’s your table number” , didn’t apologies for the inconvenience or even say anything else.
My fries were burnt and cold.
I saw an employee that was sitting near the restroom that I thought was starring at me. I porched him to use the restroom and saw that he was asleep without his shoes on.
Lastly, the thing that most unsets me about this location, is the barricade put up outside the door in front of the stairs next to the busstop.
